Firstly, I struggled to find the meal deal area, after asking a member of staff, being told it’s been placed at the back of the shop. Great for locals not smart idea for people who may be working locally for a one time shop.nnSecondly, despite every item being part of the meal deal, the till was charging me individually has to back twice to double check, had asked a member of staff to explain the labels in case I was missing something and they confirmed I was right, picking up from red labels with all meal deals means it’s part of the meal deal. Went to customer service for them to override and put down as meal deal price.
I needed a few bits which they had. Popped on at 9pm. As a West Indian person I visit for the hard dough bread and bun for my bun and cheese. They also sell Wharburtons extra thick bread but not available online. Many bios routes serve here. ATM, car park and petrol station. Rarely forest have what o want. Also clothes, stationery, housewares and electronics. The hot bar looks clean. Staff are nice. Customer service can be a little slow as it’s merged with the tobacco kiosk but it’s always been like that. Toilets well maintained. They’ve stopped the receipt scan at the self serve or at least they had when I visited.
It can get extremely busy at weekends and massive queues due to self checkouts. Please can you get the members of staff to educate the customers to bag their items as they scan and put up signage.The majority of shop users don't and its taking 50% longer for customers to swipe and bag. Just educating will make a much better customer experience, less waiting around for a till, less arguments between customers and a faster flow of customers. Thanks.
I ordered from here regularly but won't be anymore.n-meat that has 1 day left before expiryn-fruit that comes battered, bruised, and unripen- if an item isn't in stock they replace it with a completely unrelated itemnnWho ever goes around picking these items obviously has no concern for the customer. Or they specifically put aside food they know won't get picked up by in store customers as it's in a terrible state and just parr it off to the deliveries, either way not sure why I stuck around for so long despite such a horrific attitude to their customers. Another example of you doing every you can to gouge every last penny from hard working Brits
Was a serviceable location but continues to decline across all categories. The staff are over worked and overwhelmed. Product is constantly out of stock. The tills and self service are continually broken or not functioning correctly. The men bathroom has been closed for weeks and the accessible toilet which is the only alternative for the men’s toilet is disgustingly
