I had a great shopping experience at Waitrose today. The store was spotless, well organised, and very pleasant to shop in. Everything was easy to find, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. A special mention to the cashier staff as they were genuinely friendly, professional, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Excellent customer service and a consistently high standard. I’ll happily be back
A truly wonderful place with almost everything available, and the best thing is the fresh grilled chicken at a very reasonable price. A fantastic place!
We were staying in Paddington. This was the biggest grocery store in the area. It was still small by suburban standards, but has a large produce section, a great variety of other items, is very clean and efficient. Shopped there a few times over our 9 day stay.
Waitrose & Partners on Porchester Road is such a reliable and welcoming part of our local community. The store is always clean, well organised, and stocked with high-quality products. The fresh produce is consistently excellent, and there’s a great range to suit families, special occasions, and everyday shopping.nnWhat really stands out, though, is their support for the local community. They generously supported our primary school’s Ramadan bake sale, and their contribution helped us raise money for charity. It means so much when established businesses take the time to give back and support local schools and families.nnThe staff are always polite, helpful, and professional, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. It’s reassuring to have a supermarket nearby that combines quality, service, and genuine community spirit.nnThank you, Waitrose & Partners, for supporting our school community and for being such a valued part of the neighbourhood. We truly appreciate it!
Honestly, this Waitrose in Bayswater smells terrible. Every time I shop there, the strong food odor sticks to my hair and clothes. It’s really unpleasant, especially in the morning.nI avoid going there now because of that smell.nnIt would be a much better shopping experience if they could improve the ventilation or fix this issue.
