I’m not sure why the small lady with dyed orange hair on the bread counter always wants to pick an argument with me! I’ve also heard her arguing with her colleagues. I don’t need that when I shop. Awful woman!
Usual standard. Tons of goods to shop.
Very nice as there are staff to help you if you don't know where something is. Also there are a lot of various products to choose from. Thank you
Nice selection but need to increase staff for 5 star.nNew hand held scanners are available now for shopping and you can see the difference with nector card on labels.
This has to be one of the worst supermarkets in London - annoyingly it’s my local so I feel somewhat forced to shop in this broken down stink hole of a shop.nThe heating is constantly on regardless of the time of year or season- it’s completely ridiculous and often extremely uncomfortable to shop in this heated environment.nThe staff are so lacklustre and show an abysmal lack of product knowledge or understanding.nThe manager strides around laughing loudly with employees in an overbearing and arrogant manor- often standing directly outside smoking.nThere are never enough checkouts open.nThere is constant shoplifting and gangs roaming around making the experience so vile.nThere is 2 Waitrose, an Aldi and an m&s all very near so I frequent them as much as I can.nWalking in and being there more than 10 minutes is a soul destroying nightmare - I’m praying for a complete refurb or failing that a bulldozer
