Sam the “manager” was extremely disrespectful to me and all the customers, walking away in the middle of the conversation, without observing or considering the customers he is supposed to be helping. He left most tills locked. 19/6/24 at 10.30am.nnWhen I complained that not enough tills were open for the queue, they said I should push ahead of the other customers. This is unfair and disrespectful to the customers. I have crutches, another in a wheelchair. The other lady servicing the tills was smirking and said I should go to the tills at the back I’m on crutches as explained.nnAlso why are the offers never on the shelves when I go there?
Awful customer service from start to finish. If you want to go there even an hour before they close they are always saying they close early, actively follow you through the shop and harass you to move faster and leave, and once you arrive at the check out, even if there’s 30 minutes before closing, they are actively aggressively harassing people to move faster, and rush everyone. They never actually respect the hours advertised either on the website, or their front door. Tonight, April 1st, we got there 40 mins before they closed only to be met with security guards brutally stopping us and a few other customers saying they were already closed. No manager was brought out when we asked to speak to them, instead they let us in saying we have 5 minutes left before they close. This is not the first time it’s happened but it’s awful to be put under such pressure every single time you go shopping.
Manager on duty not helpful with items without paperpricetag even having barcode the sweater. Not understandable at all.
Lidl is perfect for me as it has wide, well lit aisles.This means easy access and I can get about easily.It's themed weekly promotions such as Greek/Spanish/French week mean I can buy the country's most popular foods/produce often for bargain prices and try new meals/produce.I have saved well over £15 by using the Lidl plus app as well.
I felt targeted discriminated against , and belittled and embarrassed with way they dealt with me , while other shoppers got involved to make sure I was not harmed or lied over.nnRita the manager Is a bully and wicked person and has discriminated often against other people who contribute to her income by shopping at lidlnnManager should be assertive fair and efficient and a leader ,nWhat i saw today was a person with anger isseus and unaware her actions can be classified as condoning discriminative behaviour displayed by her security who chose to latch on to me over 80 people in the shop ...nnI dont want to be rude , but Lidl is bad for hiring such individuals as managementnIt suggests lidl is unaware and does not care about community they servingnI know lidle too big to oversee 247 but this is bad what happend and a discussion should take placennI suggest if more cases arise , to cut ties with her as she is a liability and a accident or incident or a claim waiting to happen via her behalf due lack of Diplomacy and restraintnnAgain Rita is not a nice manager she even threathend me with Police if I had a isseu and said we don't do complaintsn: I shall notify the community and move on
