Not bad in price, in these days nobody makes an effort for their jobs
During my visit to the Sainsbury’s store today, I had a somewhat mixed experience. On the positive side, I could find everything I needed, which reflects the store's comprehensive inventory and product availability. However, there were a few aspects that I found less than satisfactory.nnThe foremost issue was the disappointing level of customer service. Upon seeking assistance from a store colleague, I found them more engrossed in their tasks than in helping customers. Their lack of attentiveness and willingness to assist detracted from the overall shopping experience.nnAdditionally, the overall condition of the store was subpar. I observed several items scattered on the floor, creating a cluttered and unkempt environment. The store's shelves were in disarray in several areas, making navigating and efficiently locating items challenging.nnWhile the store did meet my basic needs in terms of product availability, the lack of customer support and the disorganised state of the store were significant drawbacks. I believe improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the shopping experience for future visits.
Good selection. Easy to get to via public transport. Also has a paid car park or free with 2hrs /£10 spend. 10min visit as it’s quieter. Staff are busy and customer service closed but I was approached by a nice person and found what was needed with the help of another staff member original person didn’t deal with the fresh item needed large clothing and stationery / homewares. They were well stocked during Covid also. Cash points and indoor access to the rest of the 02 centre.
Great supermarket, sometimes not so good on a weekend as it gets busy and produce goes quickly.nParking is available but I think you have to spend money in the store to make this free.nToilets could be cleaner!
Great place for wide variety of quality products at affordable prices. They offer everything from groceries and clothing to homewares, electricals and more.
