During my visit to the Sainsbury’s store today, I had a somewhat mixed experience. On the positive side, I could find everything I needed, which reflects the store's comprehensive inventory and product availability. However, there were a few aspects that I found less than satisfactory.nnThe foremost issue was the disappointing level of customer service. Upon seeking assistance from a store colleague, I found them more engrossed in their tasks than in helping customers. Their lack of attentiveness and willingness to assist detracted from the overall shopping experience.nnAdditionally, the overall condition of the store was subpar. I observed several items scattered on the floor, creating a cluttered and unkempt environment. The store's shelves were in disarray in several areas, making navigating and efficiently locating items challenging.nnWhile the store did meet my basic needs in terms of product availability, the lack of customer support and the disorganised state of the store were significant drawbacks. I believe improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the shopping experience for future visits.

25% of wines when you buy 6. I have to say compared to any other supermarket, Sainsbury's has a wide range of wines. The parking is now great and is ticket less so no more reaching over to put a paper ticket through. Apart from checkout which is all automated, I must say that this a great Sainsbury. I prefer to come here to Waitrose which has awkward parking.

Have a great products here. Staff can be friendly depending on their mood. Not keen of the security tho, following you around for no reason

At times it seems to run out of products. More times than I would expect.nThey seem to very keen on  chicken products. It would be good to see prawn currys and vegetable pies.

All purchases are now self service tills and not one takes cash. This is a deplorable state of affairs. Bring back cashiers and cash. If it wasn't broken why did you fix it???
