Just moved to the area, quiet station with staff and a waiting area. All that doesn't matter when the East bound trains are late by 3-5 minutes 100% of the time during the week day peak. Also a very large gap to mind that I've seen people have trouble with

It is a very useful station. It's clean. Has a lift. Has a toilet. 😊

It's great to have the trains running after the long time  the waiting time for the train next departure could be reduced.

Great and useful station. About to be using again after quite a break - does it have bike parking?

Small outdoor railway station near Hampstead Heath parkland. There was a staff on site, stairs and a lift. Looks a bit rundown and there was a group of people drinking beer outside of it, they looked drunk and dangerous to me. 
There is a car park behind it: ie pay on display. Located near cafés and shops.
