Great food, with a reasonable selection on the menu however there is not much space in the restaurant so not sure how easy a table would be to get in the peak season. The hotel has great access to the zoo. There is a bar with a reasonable amount of room. The rooms were large with lovely views, however bed seemed to be broken in the middle so ended up rolling into the centre all through the night the room was clean with a kettle and Sky TV. The bathroom was very basic however and not as new and clean as it maybe could have been. The lively walk way between various parts of the hotel was very pretty however there was no heating so walking to your room may require a coat.

A very spread out hotel. The accomodation blocks are connected by covered corridors. Room itself was comfy enough. Bar food was good quality but very expensive, as were the drinks. Would be ideal if visiting the wildlife park as its right there. You can walk to the park from the hotel. The pool was clean and quiet.

Unusual place but really nice. Good food comfortable room in a really different style. Almost like a safari lodge set up. Thoroughly enjoyed it

Rooms are a bit tired, along with the spa pool, mold on pool edges, heating was on during the stay during hot weather, with no air con in the room, and a noisy fan. The I course taster menu was fantastic, however doesn't really fit with the restaurant decor, almost needs a separate area. the staff are great, very helpful. Just need some money spending on areas of the hotel, and attention to detail to areas guests see, which maybe over looked day to day.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us keep our car in the carpark when we visited the zoo. The rooms were spacious and warm. With all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Lovely view from the window of nature. And the breakfast was lovely. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
