Best one in the area. Really nice staff. Just don't ask them to heat a babys bottle though. Health and safety gone mad!

Impossible customer service and poor paid for internet connection. For me to call customer service I have to pay OVER 45p/min. That is bad enough but then you are into a terrible call centre where no one answers the phone (held on for 10 mins.). Internet speed often too low to stream BBC in real time. VERY annoying.

Great location just off the M27/M3 with Harvester insite too. There are never enough plug sockets in these rooms and the electric heater is barely adequate. Can smell a little damp at times and may need a revamp soon. The staff were fantastic though.

Bog standard accommodation as you always get. Building very dated but cleaned to a high standard. No plugs near bed and bath is only big enough for a 7 year old.
