The Ibis hotel is situated in Indian neighbour, which has a lot shop and restaurant near hotel.nThe underground is near 500m Piccadilly Line.nMy room was clean and shine, the cleaning lady come every morning to change my towels.nFor breakfast that was very good with croissants, in various types, cereals, juices, ham and cheese. It cost 9£ I didn’t have breakfast included.nReceptionists are very kind and helpful.nIt was a very good experience
Amazing customer service at the hotel! As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a can do attitude. I’ve been several times at this hotel as I work at the airport and every time is a pleasure to stay here.nAlso the location is super convenient as plenty of restaurants and shops around. By tube is super close to the airport and easy to get to the city!nDefinitely recommend this hotel!
The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It is a comfortable and clean budget hotel. You need to pay for parking but it is in a good location. I was worried when I read the reviews but we came on a Friday night and there wasnt much noise and the hotel was fairly busy.
Nice little hotel. Great location, clean, tidy and reasonably priced. The reception area had a nice vibe to it and Ramona on reception was excellent. She was a great ambassador to the Ibis brand. Friendly , polite and very professional. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will use it again if the occasion arises.
A Guantanamo Bay detention unit/archaic mental asylum hybrid, masquerading as a hotel.nnForced by necessity to complete our overnight booking, this venue proudly lives up to its Budget claims. Regrettably, my daughter and I had to remain for the booking duration due to an early morning exam in the local area. We suspect the hotel is used as a homeless and/or immigrant overflow unit, which would be fine by us had signs of previous occupants been removed before the arrival of new occupants.nnShould you not be able to rebook elsewhere many superior local hotels cost little more than an Ibis prison infirmary cell it seems, then our experienced advice is as follows:nn- Take your own sleeping bags and pillows if, like us, you value cleanliness and personal hygiene. We curled up on a blanket that we mercifully had in our car, and woke up cold and cramped as a result.n- Wave farewell to any thoughts of acceptable washing facilities, and bring your own towels. Our initial room prior to our attempts to leave before an ‘upgrade’ was offered reeked of sewage. Said room had a tiny, dirty, stained and mouldy shower directly in it, and we suspect that the previous occupant had engaged in a spot of ‘waffle-stomping’. Delightful.n- Don’t neglect to pack anti-bacterial wipes and gels for personal use after unavoidable contact with any and all surfaces, plus portable lighting solutions to negate the inadequate hospital illumination provided by Ibis. If you can, bring a hazmat suit.n- Bring your own liquids and cups. Forget about hot drinks.n- The adjoining car park is not cheap, but IS in keeping with the appeal ! of this venue at least.nnGood luck.
