Little Room for a Little HolidaynnHow can I forget this hotel. Easy name for customers to remember. With such sexy coloured lights to decorate, no one is going to overlook this hotel in the dark.nnIt's not a fully equipped hotel like Hyatt House does. No gym or laundry. Just a little room with limited choices for breakfast.nnBut it still, has good service. Good location that has McDonald's, Subway, Burger king and a big food court nearby. Most importantly, the train station.nnService is improving over the years too. I cannot remember the last time the hotel gave us ear plugs.nnIt's a good place for short holidays!
The service at the front desk was awful. My two stars for service were only towards the staff who cleaned rooms and maintained lifts and other lounge areas. The desk staff were flat and unbothered and all looked tired for an afternoon check in. There was also a very unnecessary, uncomfortable so called ‘joke’ written on a chalk board which was very distasteful. Location great to the station and to Westfield and perfect for commuting around London. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Overall very overpriced and better service would have made some difference
Great, and loved the decor and best possible location! Only complaint- train noise is quite loud on that side of the building. They give you ear plugs in the room, so pretty nice touch!

Her friendly and attentive approach made a big difference in our stay. We were really impressed with how easy everything was, and it was clear that the hotel is committed to maintaining high standards. Whether you're visiting London for business or leisure, Moxy is a great choice for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay in the city.
Nice smart basic hotel. Lovely staff and a nice general bustle. My queen room on the second floor was great with a comfy bed and roomy shower. The marks down are for the awful traffic noise coming in my window which draughty as well. I’d be really happy to return.
