I stayed for one night and had an excellent experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.nThe location is perfect - very close to both international and local stations, making it incredibly convenient for travel. Very nice hotel. My first time staying there. About 200 yards or so from stratford mainline and underground. Lots of shopping, with Westfield and Stratford place close by. Very helpful and friendly staff. I enjoyed their food too.
Hotel staff were all very friendly and the location of the hotel was very convenient close to Stratford Metro station & westfield shops etc. Rooms were clean and spacious. As the room I was in was on the side towards the station, it can be loud notice when entered however it didnt impact my stay or sleep. Got used to the sound and it blended into the background after I unpacked etc they also provided complimentary earplugs in the room which was very thoughtful. I was also able to leave my luggage with the reception prior to checking in. Would return to stay again :
Rooms are spotless. Helpful and friendly team. Fab choice at breakfast. Love the decor. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in this part of London.
Room is modern, clean, comfortable bed, pillows, no issue with hot water, shower pressure, good breakfast, etc.nnA bit small desk space, no safety deposit boxes, etcnnNoisy trains outside the room, frequent every few mins. Temperature control did not work, quite warm in the night, struggled to sleep.
