Despite having air conditioning, our room remained above 25°C overnight, meaning we slept for only 3hrs. The pillows were poor quality & there were only 3 available. The included breakfast was okay. The lobby/bar area is vibrant and the staff are friendly, but to be honest I’m surprised Marriott put their name to this hotel. Easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. There’s also a laundromat within walking distance, which is handy.
Nice hotel, fun and city style, room was quiet and not tiny. Bathroom is a bit small but pretty large shower for London.nVery nice breakfast, it worth to have it!nStaff is very nice, special thanks to Josh who kindly welcomed me, really appreciated.nnIn the area, not much to do except a big mall, but with Stratford station, you’re 35 minutes from city centre. I may sleep here again, it worth it to be a bit out of city centre but sleep well in this good hotel.
Nice and comfy boutique hotel very close to Stratford tube & Westfield. Family Room was spacious and staff were helpful. Toilet button was stuck all of first night, but staff swiftly fixed it the day after. Very good breakfast!
The rooms are adequate in size for a short stay in town. Nice break room on the first floor with a pool table to play on $2 per game. The front desk/reception employees are not very friendly, they have a cold personality. The hotel is located next to a mall but a train also runs next to it, so the train noise can be a little annoying.
Great location, clean room, with a good shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was a decent mix of items, and the bar/lounge area is spacious and comfortable.nnThe only downside was the free cocktail included in our stay - it tasted like a cheap energy drink mixed with blackcurrant cordial and was disgusting! The quality of the hotel doesn’t seem to follow through to the drinks side of things…the drinks range and marketing materials used in the bar area made it seem a bit cheap and more like a community pub.
