absolutely appalling after care after buying a new car - definitely don't. 

My car was faulty in the week after purchase and rather than take it back and give me a replacement to drive while it was being repaired they told me to take it elsewhere and call the Renault breakdown recovery service if it broke down entirely by the roadside (this to a woman driving home herself in the evening in the countryside). 

They also failed to give me the DVLA registration documents but instead of telling me I could apply for them myself repeatedly promised they were in the post and latterly stopped responding to emails about it, leaving me without any ownership paperwork. 

During the purchase I wanted to buy an extra car charging lead which needed to be ordered for France. I was told it would be delivered to my home next week - a year and a half ago. 

Cannot express how unhelpful and 'computer says no' the aftercare has been and will definitely not purchase from them again.

Appalling costumer service priority number one  is for them to make their money 100% not a care for the customer! Bought a car and they forgot to put the Jack in it. I only discovered this when I hit a huge pot hole and needed to change my tyre! I called them several occasions explained the situation and a manager was meant to ring me back needless to say they didn’t bother to call at all and were not interested in my welfare, they’d already got the money from me for the car sale. Total greed and 100% unhappy customer would not ever use or recommend again. Also all the electrics started to go wrong on the car! Awful company and staff!

Three times I called to get a quote on a service and they just put the phone down on me. Rude. Won't be giving them any of my business in future.
