Fantastic service from start to finish. We pick up our new Audi next month with any luck. Kate has been calling us to update us on when our car will be made. She has been very accommodating while we decided which car to get. We test drove a couple before deciding. No pushy sales just plenty of answered questions. You ask her anything about these cars and she has the answer in plain English. She describes the car’s features and explained everything to me clearly. Once we’d ordered we were given a booklet with everything about our car inside. Oh and every time I visit with my children they’re given hot chocolate and biscuits, talk about sweeten the deal.
