The sales executive we had the pleasure of dealing with Jad Bayram put us at ease from the moment we met, having previously only spoken via email or phone. He was thorough and attentive, answering any questions we asked. The facilities were great, the two indoor viewing bays keeping the worst of weather from effecting our inspection of our new A6. It was a first class service befitting a premium car manufacturer.

Adam the salesman was very easy to work with. He was not pushy but very informative. He explained things clearly and knew his product. I enjoyed the experience and got a great car!

Just had an interim service done on my Audi Q3. Car was picked up from my home right on time and delivered back in the afternoon. It needed some work done on the brakes and Audi were able to do this extra work at the same time as the rest of the service so I didn't need to book in for a second session. Adam, the service manager, was extremely helpful in our discussion about the issue with the brakes. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
