We recently bought two used cars from this Audi dealership and had a fantastic experience. Ray, our salesman, was brilliant, friendly, attentive, and very professional throughout.nnWhat really stood out was the attention to detail during the handover. Even though one of the cars wasn’t an Audi, Ray still made sure everything was perfect and took the time to explain everything clearly.nnHe made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership, and especially Ray, for his outstanding service.

Great experience buying my Audi A3 with Catherine Race's assistance. Swapping from 20 years of driving a manual to an automatic for the first time was a learning experience but Catherine talked me through everything. They offered me an excellent deal including part ex on my previous car, and I drove my A3 away the next day. Very much appreciate the patient and non-pushy experience!

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience at Audi Tunbridge Wells.nWe had booked to test drive a Q3. We had several emails confirming our appointment with Catherine. However when we arrived on time we were informed by the receptionist that Catherine had double booked herself and was now unavailable to see us!nWe had driven over an hour to attend and so were really disappointed.nWe asked if we could at least view the car we had come to see, only to be eventually told that the car was actually not on site! It had been loaned out the previous day!nWhy hadn’t we been contacted to inform us of this? It would have definitely saved us a journey.nTo top it off, Catherine offered us no apology for her error. She walked past us several times and didn’t even speak to us.nAbsolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior and not what we would expect from an Audi dealership.nHowever, we have now brought a new Q3 from  Canterbury Audi. Brilliant service, and a much better experience there!

Have used Audi Tunbridge Wells  for several years now with company and privately owned cars.nTook my 2019 RS5 Sportback in for part exchange and considered an RS4 Avant.nWasn't in a hurry but asked Leonardo Vecchiolla in the sales department to find us another RS5 Sportback.nHe found a 2024 example with low mileage, Nardo Grey Carbon Black. It's astonishing the improvement on the 2019 version.nAbsolutely brilliant car for our needs, plenty of space, but not too big.nGreat comms from Leonardo all the way through the process, which was seamless.nThanks to Leonardo for excellent service.

Catherine and the rest of the team were amazing helping me find my next car! I was updated every step of the journey from receiving a video of the car to the whole buying process! Thank you all for such a smooth buying process and I look forward to purchasing from you again
