First time financing a new car from a dealership and I have to say I was not disappointed. Communication was excellent! Jasmine the sales representative is an absolute gem! Knowledgeable, extremely patient showed me every model I was interested in, test drove and explained all the in car technology and closed the sale with a car I didnt even set out to buy, but am completely in love with. She knew her stuff and deserves a raise for the time and patience she gave me. I would recommend Toyota and Jasmine to anyone. If your a nervous first time buyer you wont be disappointed.
The best service one can expect in a car dealership- welcoming, prompt, calm, organised, knowledgeable , helpful and friendly staff. Sue in reception and Craig helped me on the spot, this morning when I had a problem, enabling me to resume my working day by 10 am . In all these years I was never turned away or told it cannot be sorted.nTheir professionalism is second to none!.
I had a problem with my tyre pressure light on constantly. I turned up at the Tunbridge Wells show room without notice. Sue the lovely lady on reception listened to my query and went to get an advisor to help . In the meantime she offered a coffee and told me of my wait time. Within 10minutes Sam came over and took my keys to sort out the problem that was resolved within 10minutes.nThey were helpful informative friendly and professional. Before I left I was told that if there was any problems in the future do not hesitate to come and see them. A very good efficient service. Excellent coffee.
Had a lot of assistance by a salesman called Gareth. He and other staff where very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us. We actually were not able to buy our car from them on this occassion due to the small number of the model we were after and the time constaints we were under. However I would definately recommend all the people here in helping you to find your next Toyota.
The best service and advice from a car dealership I've ever experienced; from the team at Steven Eagell, Tunbridge Wells. 1 year on from receiving the most exceptional customer service from Sue, host at Toyota, I returned to have vehicle serviced. Sue is a total asset to the Tunbridge dealership and I thank her for her kindness and efficiency.
