Excellent in all things, staff extremely pleasant and helpful. They were able to get all of my problems sorted very effective in the minimum amount of time and extremely satisfaction. The parts department deserve a highest praise possible. Will definitely keep using them.10/10
Part exchanged my 15 plate Fiesta for a larger car. I was accommodated by a number of staff due to current covid restrictions, staff are in on different shifts. I felt the communication was joined up and seamless even though different sales people were dealing with me. I picked up my car Saturday and handover was really easy and pleasant. Happy with my new vehicle so far, will return for future service and MOT.
Bought a new Fiesta here and collected it today. Sam, who sold me the car has been amazing. I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted and I am not experienced about cars, so I was a bit nervous before going, but he talked me through all my options and he was never pushy. He was so helpful and explained to me everything and we chose the best car for me. The car is amazing, I am so happy about the choice. His customer services is brilliant and the other staff are really nice too. I highly recommend this place.
Outrageous customer service. Booked a service in online and selected express option which should be done in 1 hour. I called the service department to confirm if this could be done for the service interval I was having and they said all was ok. The day before my service i called up to confirm everything was booked in ok and they had my service booked for the complete wrong date to what I had booked in email confirmation. I managed to get my date and next day I arrived and was told it would take 2 hours which was longer than quoted. When I returned 2 hours later I found out the service had literally only just started but no one had the decency to let me know this even though I had left my telephone number. Apparently due to mechanic had an emergency even though I could see 4 mechanics in the garage. They said it be 1 hour max, I returned 1 hour later and still not completed, when it was finally ready it was 4 hours from drop off when originally told 1 hour, as I had expected 1 hour I did not arrange any travel to get home so have been sitting around all this time in town. No one even said sorry or tried to contact me within these times. Outrageous service, I will be using another ford garage in the future.
Brilliant dealership. Had a bad day with my main car and decided to get a more reliable back up, walked in asking what they could do me I could take straight away and within 40 minutes was being handed keys to leave. Brillaint staff more then happy to accommodate for what you need. Cant recommended highly enough. Will be sure to go back to them for my next run about. A credit to Hendys and ford.
Brought our car in to fix the heating last winter. Still not working properly and claiming they messed around with the coolant tank...which ironically just had major issues. Want to charge £120 just to look at their own mess. Terrible service.
