Disappointed that my new vehicle is sat in your yard with no staff to do a pdi. You've only had since January to organise the required labour! VW have been keeping me updated regarding order status ( in build, en-route (even had the ships name!), delivery to van centre. But once there the system falls over because of "staff shortages". Poor show. And don't call customers "good man".

Have not had the car looked at as yet, but I must say the service technician gave me the best service I think I have ever experienced over the phone !

Extremely helpful and professional, I trust these guys 100% to always do a great job over and above what's required, and feel that my van is in great hands

Contacted and visited this dealership today. I had previously spoken to a lady called Ann Williams by telephone. On visiting the dealership. She was like a breath of fresh air, very polite and extremely helpful. Also arraigned for a driver to take me back into Tonbridge. I would like to thank Ann and SMG for an efficient helpful and courteous experience. At least I can say, which makes a change. That in the UK, there are still people and dealerships that have customer care high on their agenda. Thank you Ann Regards Paul
