I change my car every 3-6 months always Porsche now and have taken my last 2x Macans into Porsche Tonbridge. The hospitality is always great and would genuinely struggle to find a single criticism. Will, the Technician I dealt with, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Showed me around the car thoroughly and gave me complete peace of mind. Fantastic showroom, superb service, brilliant staff and quality product. I have just ordered a new vehicle from them after test driving the model we chose. Delicious coffee and snacks with a smile and gratis. Just got delivery and handover of the keys and paperwork. Excellent customer service and explanation of the Macan features, a fantastic car.

Excellent service right through from our first visit to the showroom, through the ordering process and finally to handover of our new car. The whole experience was a real pleasure enhanced by really great customer service, within very nice and comfortable surroundings. All staff that we dealt with were helpful, courteous and polite and made us feel valued customers. Purchased my first Porsche 911 from Tonbridge and it was unforgettable experience.  The service was exceptional, Aaron did everything he could to accommodate my requirements including working on his day off to keep me in the loop as my car was prepared.  Dom was also fantastic, really looked after us and made us feel incredibly welcome, explained the car well and was very patient.  Although I’d travelled 2.5 hours to get the car, I’m actually considering using this OPC over my local one in Nottingham in future - simply due to the fact the service was significantly better.  Thanks guys! The car is incredible!

Excellent service at Porsche Tonbridge. Having known Aaron for 3 years, wasn't expecting anything less, he is superb.  Discussed my requirements in detail and talked me through the options, configured the car for me and booked the slot. The showroom itself is quite nicely set up, the  whole experience was a real pleasure. I would definitely recommend the centre and Aaron, without a second thought.

I purchased my current car from Porsche Tonbridge in 2015. Since then the car has been back for routine and scheduled servicing and maintenance, in addition to some unplanned visits. On each and every occasion my questions and requests have been met professionally and constructively, leaving me feel like a valued customer. In a world where customer service is being constantly challenged, the entire team deliver consistently high standards. You could argue that a 2014 vehicle could be maintained more cost effectively elsewhere, but for me, its about a relationship with a group that align with my own values.

I purchased my Porsche from Tonbridge Porsche 3 years ago purchasing experience excellent. After sales service poor. Both times I’ve come to book my service no courtesy car available, no pick up available. Never had this problem with Caffyns Audi. I have now booked with Paragon Porsche Local company great reputation Porsche parts only, much cheaper and a courtesy car.

I can't recommend Porsche Tonbridge and their service department highly enough. I had a few minor pieces of warranty work to be completed on a vehicle that I'd recently purchased from a different dealership, and they dealt with these quickly and efficiently. Kathryn was fantastically professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I'll certainly be using Porsche Tonbridge for the maintenance of my vehicle going forward.

Everytime I come to the Porsche center in Tonbridge it's a brilliant experience with brilliant service. More than happy to help and allow me to see the more technical works as I do much of my own maintenance. My latest visit I was helped by Ben who was genuinely enthusiastic about my car and it was a great experience.
