Around October 2021, I ordered an I20N from Dan and was very excited about seeing it. Due to production delays I did not received the vehicle at the estimated time although I knew this would probably be the case.  Around April 2022, I received a call from the dealership out of the blue saying that they had a cancelled I20N that had just come in and if I wanted it. Of course i said yes!  Although not the colour I ordered I am glad i did it. I'm really impressed by the dealership offering me a cancelled order when they could have sold it for a higher markup!

A very friendly dealership with great staff in all departments. High standards of professionalism, customer care and attention to detail. We always feel like valued customers.

I've now had my hybrid for a year and I could not recommend the Tunbridge Wells team high enough for their level of service, attention to detail and overall care given by ALL staff in Sales, handover, aftercare and servicing throughout this first year, they have all been brilliant from start to finish and I would thoroughly recommend going to see them for advice and buying through them too.

We purchased a newMG from them yesterday. There was no pressure out on us to buy, all our questions were well answered. The test drive was allowed with only me and my wife in the car so that we could freely discuss things whist driving. A pleasure to deal with!

From the first telephone contact with Dan at Hyundai Tunbridge Wells. Everything I wanted was achieved seamlessly. Dan was excellent in his delivery of information, knowledge of the vehicle and he wasn’t pushy, which is an instant put off to me. The entire experience was relaxed and effortless.

I have always been treated politely and with respect and have always found the servicing of my vehicle of a good standard.

This is the third new car I have purchased from Hyundai Tunbridge Wells as I do not feel pressurised into buying and my options are clearly explained. Having a test drive without the salesman also removes any feeling of pressure to buy. I am really pleased with my new Tucson Hybrid and the whole journey from sale to delivery went very smoothly.
