As usual exceptional service, thanks to Steve, Mark and colleagues. Car was thoroughly checked and service carried out followed by a detailed clean, great. Courtesy car made life easier for the day, nice new Countryman. Nice touch was the spare container of screen wash in the car when I picked it up. Will recommend and definitely use Cooper Tonbridge again.

Wanted to lease or at least consider other options for a new mini for my wife. Salesman was lazy and couldn't be bothered to send the quotes that were discussed or even reply to emails. We ended up going to Arden Maidstone Mini who gave us good customer service and a fantastic deal on a new car which will arrive end of March....Tonbridge Mini gets 5 stars for showing me that other dealers in the area are better and appreciate the business.

Good team there. The video of my car check send via email afterwards was interesting. Nice to hear from the person doing the check as it shows someone taking pride/responsibility for the car's service. Always pricier than taking it to a non mini garage hence 4 stars. The clean was great, at first I didn't think it was my car!

Well I brought my mini last year and the staff were brilliant went back for my first service,and the girls were more interested on having a chat with each other. When I brought my mini it was only a year old,but the wheels were badly scheached they had to be refurbished but a year on and they are bubbling and I’ve been told they only had a three months guarantee which was new to me,the car has a three year warranty so you would think they would change them,doesn’t look good for B.M.W

I needed the car serviced and returned to me by 2pm. Lee promised that this could be achieved and it was. And the car was valeted as well - great service received.
