Just brought my car from them, and I'm over the moon with the service that a got from Clare the sales women, friendly and so helpful from the time i phoned up to ask about the car to the day i picked it up. Cant fault them at all  and would recommend them Thanks.

Lovely, friendly place which I highly recommend! In particular Clare was absolutely wonderful, she found me exactly the right car I was looking for and offered me a really good value for money, fair deal on it too. She went above and beyond & she even stayed late to show me how to work the car when I drove it away. The other staff at Mini I spoke with were all really helpful and friendly. Thank you for the lovely service & I will recommend Mini Cooper in Tonbridge to friends and family!

As usual exceptional service, thanks to Steve, Mark and colleagues. Car was thoroughly checked and service carried out followed by a detailed clean, great. Courtesy car made life easier for the day, nice new Countryman. Nice touch was the spare container of screen wash in the car when I picked it up. Will recommend and definitely use Cooper Tonbridge again.

I had a great experience when having the first MOT for my mini here. I was given a complimentary health check, and found the service to be honest with no faults. I was also given free use of a courtesy car with no hassle. I even had a complimentary wash and vac. You would not get this service from your local garage unfortunately. Well done MINI

Wonderful service! Clare was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my queries and arranging a test drive etc. So helpful in fact that I went in to the showroom to have a look and find out about minis and came out having comitted to buy my first Cooper.  I've now had the car for a couple of weeks and am absolutely delighted with it!  Thanks so much!

Well I brought my mini last year and the staff were brilliant went back for my first service,and the girls were more interested on having a chat with each other. When I brought my mini it was only a year old,but the wheels were badly scheached they had to be refurbished but a year on and they are bubbling and I’ve been told they only had a three months guarantee which was new to me,the car has a three year warranty so you would think they would change them,doesn’t look good for B.M.W

Good team there. The video of my car check send via email afterwards was interesting. Nice to hear from the person doing the check as it shows someone taking pride/responsibility for the car's service. Always pricier than taking it to a non mini garage hence 4 stars. The clean was great, at first I didn't think it was my car!

I can't fault Cooper Tonbridge Mini the have been absolutely fantastic on the phone and in person. All the people are helpful, friendly and very welcoming.  I live about a 40-60 min drive from them and are not my local mini dealer but I will happily go to them for everything I need to do with my car. Other dealers should take note of the Cooper Tonbridge mini team as they have it sooooo right. Keep up the good work.  Many Thanks Ian Shakespeare

Well as we went into the showroom to buy the basic Mini and walked out with a showroom Mini Cooper with packs, I suppose you could say they did their job well.. In truth the team at Cooper Tonbridge did a great job, made us feel welcome and even when the wait was extensive kept us entertained. This is the second Mini we have bought and if the service continues in this way it might not be the last.

Clare was very good and patient! at defining my 'mini' needs without being pushy.   After doing some research based on the information she gave me, I was back, and with the help of Arron on the finance side,  I bought a Mini with the specification I wanted.  They could not let me have the car on the day I bought it, so they gave me another Mini to drive and then Clare delivered my new purchase to me 45 miles alway in Brighton! ...and she had flu!  The whole team at the centre were great.  Thanks guys :   xx
