Charlotte Wright reception and Sam Adams mechanic, went beyond the normal service levels expected. We were kept up-to-date via phone as to repairs considered necessary and the reasons why required. Brilliant service and would recommend without hesitation. Both people mentioned are a very good advert for SLM Vauxhall. Thank you. Val and Geoff Drew. nb. already have a service plan, which is great ++

I don't normally like car salesman, as they're either too pushy or not helpful at all/disinterested. Lee Oliver was neither of these. He was the most helpful genuine salesman I've met so far. His customer service skills were outstanding and a credit to the showroom. He explained everything we needed to know and more. He even placated my son with his multitude of questions! I hope Lee is still with you next time I need to change my car.

It was easy to book the car in and I was kept up to date though the whole process, I was disappointed to find that the original service plan I was sold did not include all serviceable items. I was lead time believe all serviceable items would be replaced in the 3 year plan at no extra cost to me and did not expect when I dropped my car off to be told a brake fluid service was due and this is not covered and I have to pay extra.
