I have now used Hendy Suzuki Tunbridge Wells six times for annual servicing. Despite their website indicating that you can expect a wash and vac on the return of your car, I have only received this service once over the years. When collecting my car on the latest service, I again received the usual lame excuse for the non performance of this service from the customer adviser. I was, however,  very pleasantly surprised a day later to be contacted by a service manager, acknowledging that their service had fallen short and offering to make amends by collecting my car and returning it after completing a full valet. He advised he would be back in touch once he had made arrangements with the valet department. It's now been over two months and I am still waiting!! Not only have website commitments failed to be met, it would appear that neither have the verbal ones to, supposedly, make amends. Not exactly great customer service.

Called multiple times but nobody ever got back to me as Hendy Suzuki is 35 mins from work. I thought they might be helpful but I was mistaken.

Have just part exchanged/upgraded my Suzuki with Hendy in Twells.  Was so great to walk in and see George who was working there when I got my previous car nearly four years ago. Every experience I’ve had with Hendy Suzuki has been brilliant, their customer service is always second to none and I never feel judged or out of place which does happen more than it should in this day and age!!. George Goodyear is a great representative for Suzuki, will keep on returning for the best service. Thanks George.

I have a Suzuki Alto which l bought new in 2014, a fortnight ago my Brakes Failed without warning, Guess What l can't get a Main Brake Cylinder plus Servo anywhere it looks as if my lovely car with 4 new tyres and a full tank of Petrol and with Low Mileage I am disgusted........ Don't buy a Suzuki!!!!!!!  Because there is no help from Suzuki Services or Hendy at Tunbridge Wells and people that l have found  in India are not making any parts again for my car  So l have had to let her go to be scrapped for £600 at a loss of £3000.00

He supported us through the purchase of my new Suzuki Sport with such grace and humour that the whole process was a pleasure.  He was the absolute perfect salesman - a real asset to the company. We purchased a second vehicle from Hendy Suzuki in Tunbridge Wells purely down to the great sales team who know their great product.  Our sales person was a young man with great patience and manners who with an informative, knowledgable guiding hand led us through the options available. With a high value trade-in involved George got his sales manager on board to carve out a great deal for both parties. This was a smooth transaction from start to finish with a quality end product we are very excited about.  Thank you Suzuki.

Nick Heath was an absolute gentleman when helping me purchase my VW golf at the end of 2018. He helped bring the car over to the Tunbridge Wells branch from Brighton. I wanted to part exchange my Polo and he was happy to support with that. Very informative with all extra services that were available with the purchase. Talked me through how to drive the car and then supported with the technical side of that. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer bloke and the service was superb.

This was our first time we used Hendy Suzuki and it was a very smooth & easy process, all thanks to George who went the extra mile for us. He is very good at his job, very polite and very professional. Every aspect from the initial test drive, the part exchange through to collecting our new Vitara was carried out seamlessly. A big thanks to Nick the sales manager who was excellent too. To sum up, a great car, great guys & a great dealership. If you are looking for a Suzuki then I definitely recommend going to Hendy Suzuki, you won't regret it!!

The customer service at Hendy T.Wells is exceptional. The level of professionalism, patience, helpfulness and kindness is second to none. Thankyou very much for all your help George. If looking for a Suzuki they are definitely the first place to visit.
