Up until purchase of the vehicle, the service was very amicable. However, when I phoned up regarding a scratch across the windscreen, they were extremely blunt, and there was none of the customer service they "pride" themselves in. There was no regard to quality of the product, and the man on the phone interrupted me to repeated the same phrase over and over. He resorted to blame the previous owner and myself for not previously noticing the difference between a scratch and a smudge. He also claimed there was a full service history, however, the records only ran up till 2015, leaving 3 years missing.

Fantastic service from regent car sales. All arranged over the telephone, when I arrived the car was waiting nice and clean. Test drive was perfect, drove home all within an hour. Will use again, thank you Regent car sales....
