Great customer service.  As a family we've bought 5 cars over the last 5 years and we've dealt with Anthony Potter twice during that time.  A great guy who I intend to use again in the future.  His manager, David, is a great guy too and always helpful.

I purchased a car from Anthony Potter at the dealership. He made the process very straight forward and explained everything I needed to know in detail. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and has even checked in with me after to make sure I’m still happy and if I have any questions. I couldn’t recommend a better dealership to purchase from!

Recently purchased an EV from Marshall in Tunbridge Wells. From the initial meeting to taking delivery, the customer service was top quality. I dealt with Anthony Potter who kept me informed every step of the process even sending me a video of the car when it was delivered to the garage whilst I was on holiday plus, even spent an hour going through the car when I picked it up. Anthony has continued to follow up just to make sure everything is ok so overall, a great customer experience. Definitely recommend them.

I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony P when finding a car. He was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I wanted within the budget I needed. Having a newborn baby meant I was on a tight budget and a particular car with plenty of space and he exceeded my requirements and got me the car I wanted and helped turned it around in 5 days for me. He is extremely helpful and very responsive - full of all the knowledge! Highly recommend him & the team! Thank you again Anthony!

Highly recommend the service given by Ryan at Marshall VW,  who calmly told me about the options I had when the locking wheel nut had gone missing in my car. However he said that most wheel nuts often can be found in pocket within the car, which is precisely where we found it. A big thanks Ryan, you saved my day.

Thanks to Dustin, Josh, Michael, and the rest of the Marshalls team for looking after me and my Golf R during routine maintenance. You cannot beat these guys for their level of service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience purchasing my next Polo with Anthony Potter, who demonstrated great care and attention to my financial and car requirements leading to a vehicle I am over the moon with.  Overall great service with extensive knowledge on the car and how the different features can benefit my personal situation.

I paid a £99 deposit to view a VW Tiguan. I arranged a viewing with a sales representative. When I turned up for my appointment, the receptionist told me to take a seat and I was ignored for 45 minutes. No one came to see if I needed any help. I was told by one salesman that someone would be along shortly. There were no other customers at the showroom. I left once another couple turned up and we agree to straight away yet I was still ignored. I am still waiting for my £99 refund over a week later.

Really poor service from Marshalls VW Tunbridge Wells. Bought an 18 plate 'used approved' Passat at the end of August on a Tuesday only for it to BREAKDOWN on the Saturday nearly 250 miles away from home on my way to Cornwall. The RAC confirmed they had been out to that exact car for the exact same fault 3 TIMES in the 3 months prior to me buying it.. The fault was cleared only for it to do the same thing 15 miles down the road and having the RAC out again. Managed to get it to Marshalls Barnstaple they were fantastic and got a 2 hour taxi from Barnstaple to Cornwall at 23:00. Now completely stranded in a remote house in Cornwall, on the Sunday no one was willing to help me from Marshalls Tunbridge Wells, no one would authorise a hire car as "the manager wasn't in", but I was assured I would get a call from him at 09:30 the next day...... cut to midday Monday.. still stranded.. after 2 calls to chase him, he rang. There was absolutely no apology, just him repeatedly saying that he had not sold me a faulty car and that I would hear from him again shortly - Never did. Barnstaple managed to sort me a hire car with urgency and were fantastic, they informed me that the previous owner had taken the car into a VW garage after the breakdowns, only for them to do nothing! They were surprised the used warranty covered the new mechatronics unit as it was an existing fault - however if it wasn't covered by the warranty, VW Tunbridge Wells would then just be admitting they sold me a faulty car. I will never be buying from this Garage again, their lack of urgency, compassion and customer care was disgusting!

Lovely car centre and friendly lady on reception, just wasn't overly impressed with the sales rep who showed us the cars I was interested in. Was hoping to look at a new Tiguan and Tiguan Allspace - understandably there wasn't a new one there to look at so we were shown a slightly older model, however there was no urgency or interest to take any contact details so I could come and view the cars if and when they came in. Just seemed pretty uninterested which was a shame.
