We have recently bought a Tiguan from here and would highly recommend JCB T Wells to everyone.  Jack Walsh was amazing throughout our purchase from start to finish.   He is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and clearly very skilled in listening to his customers, and finding them their perfect car while delivering outstanding customer service.    Jack was very patient - answering all my questions no matter how small, and even supported me with questions for my insurance.  He was very accommodating during our appointments with our one year old too.    I would definitely recommend Jack if you need support with finding your next VW.    Thanks for all your help, Jack. Yesterday I popped in to JCB Volkswagen and a lovely lady on reception said there don’t have an id buzz in the showroom which was fine, also said could I have a look around the Id 5, which I did opening the doors, evening sitting in, thinking someone from Sales would come over but even after 10 minutes in the showroom not a single sales person and there where 3 of them popped over to say hi !nnI was the only customer in the showroom!nnAs non of them were with anyone apart from a colleague , I thought one may pop over !nnI won’t be visiting this dealer again.

Jack Walsh was great. He was friendly from the start, not pushy at all, and listened to what I was after. He was happy to take the time to explain and go through anything I was unsure on. He found the perfect car for me and was honest the whole way through. He was responsive to emails and happy to answer out of hours. Overall, it was a great experience!
