The sofa was sold under false pretenses they can’t do enough for you leading upto the purchase but don’t want to know you after, really poor costumer service. Paid £60 for the delivery and installation, the delivery wasn’t on the allocated time and the feet of the sofa have been installed incorrectly so arranged for revisit to rectify, waited in all day and nobody turned up. Never buying a sofa from this company again and won’t be recommending to anyone.

Currently sat in dfs Bolton as I write this review. Called an advisor over to help me with a sofa I was interested in, after hardly answering 2 of my many questions he asked me if I was Buying today... I hesitantly responded with a ‘ No’ the advisor walked away and left me sat at sofa. Not great customer service I’m afraid!

Very poor quality had them out twice on a sofa that is only 10 month old. No chance of your money back .
