The reason i picked By The Sea was of ground floor un-suite room available, as i have a disability. The window facing the back so no traffic noise. Great choice for breakfast and customer service top marks. Only thing is it should be a 4 star and not 3 star.  The Pier half mile along the front, and the town centre just passed the pier the turn right then couple hundred yards.  Plenty of seating along the front if want to have a long walk.

Very impressed, room was lovely and clean and spacious. Heather was very friendly. Good choices for breakfast. Just outside of the town so was nice and quiet. Would definitely go back there againRooms: 5/5

I took two elderly ladies to By The Sea for a three day break. This was the perfect B&B for them, as the room they were given was on the ground floor, which was large, light and airy. The sea was just across the road, so very little walking was required. The breakfasts were delicious; the staff were friendly and hospitable; the atmosphere was very warm and they were keen to help at every opportunity. I would definitely recommend this B&B!

The host was very kind and helpfull in many situations. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good as well; both continental and English. The location was just perfect, very close to the sea and to the Pier. We had an amazing stay at the B&B and we'll surely come back again!

Brilliant hosts, lovely filling breakfast brought to your room . King room with balcony was excellent,  with comfy bed and pillows and all the facilities you could ever need. Great location and great value. Very Highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5

Excellent breakfast, nice staff and service. Room was comfortable and there was everything we need. They were following all covid19 guidelines. We felt really safe. Breakfast was delivered to our rooms. Toilet was really clean.

Superb. Friendly hostess. Room perfectly clean & supplied with everything one needs. Breakfast delicious with plenty of choice. Will definitely return to this ideally situated B&B. Well done Heather.

I booked for my parents anniversary and they loved it. Matthew and his mum were so welcoming and left a lovely card and box of chocolates for them in their room. Breakfast was amazing and will be back. Thanks Karen, Stan and PatRooms: 5/5
