Both David & Lewis couldn't be more helpful, ever since I first spoke with David I felt reassured that my car would be in safe hands and I was delighted to have not been proved wrong. I would not hesitate in recommending Audi Technik to others

We have used Dave for 4 years now with our 6 Volkswagens, after failing to find a real mechanic in our area. The company is very professional and the work of top quality. He has even replaced engines on our old campers at a fraction of the price of others. I would not hesitate to recommend him. We even use him on our new golfs.

I called this company for help regarding a broken down Audi A6. The unprofessional answer on the telephone suggested poor customer satisfaction but I persisted. The gentleman I was speaking to you on the phone quickly decided he didn't want me as a potential customer and tell me to stop wasting his time and slammed the phone down. I called him back and asked why he would treat and potential new customer like this,  and he said something I will not print publicly and hung up for a second time. Even if he called back to apologise I'm afraid I would not even entertain this sort of personality working on my car. Much work to do  with your personal relations Audi Technik. 0/10.

Having taken my VW Touareg to Audi Technik numerous times, I always experience great customer service. Always reasonably priced and excellent knowledge of everything VW and Audi related. Highly recommend.

Booked for work on our Audi TT - this was to be the first time using this business. Instead of being greeted with a "Good morning" or "Hello" we got a scowl and told we had parked in the wrong place.  Having moved the car to the front of his workshop, no parking available there either (!) my wife was then informed we had not "got off to a good start" ! Having apologised to the proprietor and pointed out there were no signs to indicate where the business was or where customers should park, my wife asked if he preferred us to leave and his response was, 'yes, good idea' !!  We were only too happy to oblige and left pretty stunned!!
My wife is a sales / marketing director and I am a chartered accountant. In more than 30+ years of business we can safely say we have never been treated in such an off-hand and rude manner. Clearly customer satisfaction us not something in which this individual has the slightest interest. (Given the state of the "garage" premises maybe we should not have been surprised).
Safe to say we would never consider trying to do any business in the future with this company/individual. We will be passing on that advice to all our business contacts as and when asked about local garage services.
