Highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Tonbridge. Jordan was exceptional. He explained the process in detail when we purchased the car. Being new to electric, he went through every detail of how to use the car when charging and the digital system. Very very pleased.

Had the serviced booked for 9am. Had to wait 20 min with nobody at the service desk.nI've highlighted coolant error- they said they'll check. 3 hours later I've been told car is ok to drive.nOne hour later when reached the carriage way error reappeared - the recovery track ETA 20.25nCut story short I've made home 18.30 - after decided to drive home with the risk of severe damage to the car.nI don't expect the car to be repaired- but a professional / knowledgeable advice, would of save me from a day wasted on the side of M20 and risking damaging my car.nTrust lost MB
