I found Paul to be very helpful and professional.  This was the first time I had ever brought a car with out seeing it first but could not be more pleased with it.  It was just how Paul said it was I would highly recommended this company to anyone looking for a good priced 4x4.

So I was looking at an 8 year old Lexus RX450h they had for sale at £13,975 and it appeared to meet all of my needs. The only snag being I am across the other side of the country in Somerset, some 175 miles away. I gave them a call and they assured me the car was all up together and in exceptional condition, they (Les) offered to send me a video via youtube which he did. Warning bells should have started ringing then as the car had not been cleaned so it was a pointless exercise as the condition of the bodywork could not be clearly seen, there was even a good helping of bird poo on the bonnet!!
Anyway I then started to liaise with a chap called Paul, again he went over the car and assured me that the car looked exceptional. Now let me make it clear this is an 8 year old car and I wasn't expecting show room condition but what I did expect (foolishly) was some degree of honesty. I reiterated that I was going to be travelling by train to view and purchase this car based on their description. I pleaded with both of the salesmen that I spoke to on several occasions to please not try to pull the wool over my eyes, if the car was not as described I would be somewhat unhappy having spent nearly £100 on a train ticket and a full day to visit them.
So a few days later I travel across the country to view/buy the car. Well what a disappointment this car turned out to be. It had obviously been involved in several scraps and repaired to a standard that i can only describe as shockingly bad. Front nearside bumper being the worst paint repair I have ever seen. It had been repaired on both rear quarters and evidence of the dents on the door could still be seen to a keen eye. Now I am no expert on these matters, I have spent 30 years serving in the military so have no involvement in the car trade - but i am no fool and these people where obviously hoping I was. Paul stated "oh you have a very keen eye". Really!! How about the hole in the roof lining, the missing roof bar plates, the loose and rattling chrome door trims - the list goes on. My point is you should have pointed out these things out to me and then I was better able to decide if it was worth the journey. To further insult me they offered to reduce the price buy £100!!
So Autolink 4x4 thank you for a total waste of my day and train fare. I doubt that you will have the decency of apologize to me via this medium, in fact I predict you will continue with your dishonesty although it's difficult to imagine how you could justify your actions in this case.

Now having read your response to my review it would seem my prediction was correct in that you continue to be deceitful and misleading. 
Perhaps this is because you have failed to inwardly digest the content of my review. So to reiterate my point - I know its an 8 year old vehicle and it's going to have the odd minor cosmetic faults.  But you failed to point out obvious faults that had they been disclosed to me would saved me a wasted journey. Let me be clear about these faults - you, by your own admission inspected this vehicle. So for example you didn't notice the 10mm hole in the roof lining, the missing roof rail covers meaning the bolts being exposed, the broken chrome trim on the door which rattled every time the door was closed? The list goes on. As for the bodywork in relation to the poor repair after an obvious accident, well lets put it this way I am not in the motor trade but I noticed it almost immediately, you apparently didn't??  YOU FAILED TO POINT THESE FAULTS OUT or maybe  to put it another way, being deceitful and misleading.
