A family run business and it feels like it from the level of customer service which I can only describe as friendly, helpful and solution focused. I never felt pressured to buy indeed I was encouraged to ‘look round and come back’ but I was confident with my purchase. I have since been well looked and when my turbo suddenly packed up I was swiftly invited back and the part replaced, under the included warranty, without any fuss. First class service.
I recently bought a van from Autolink 4x4 and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Right from the start, the team was incredibly transparent and thorough, making me aware of all the pre-sale checks the vehicle had gone through. They specifically highlighted the DPF – an issue I've had with previous vans. This upfront honesty and education about potential van issues was a refreshing and much-appreciated approach. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues with the van a few weeks into driving it. However, Autolink 4x4's response was exemplary. They took the vehicle back under warranty for repairs without hesitation and provided me with a courtesy van so my work wouldn’t skip a beat. Michael and the team at Autolink 4x4 have set a new standard for customer service in my eyes. Their professional, courteous, and above-and-beyond approach has assured that they will be my first stop for any future van purchases. A huge thanks to Michael and everyone involved for making what could have been a stressful experience, smooth and worry-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Autolink 4x4 to anyone looking for not just a vehicle, but a reliable service and support team to back it up.

A brilliant experience from start to finish with Autolink. Very friendly chaps, quick with all replies and reasonable with all my requests. I am extremely cautious and fussy when it comes to purchasing vehicles due to previous bad experiences. However these guys have restored my faith in commercial vehicle dealerships. Would happily buy a van from them again.
Auto link 4 x4 are an exceptional company for their knowledge of their vehicles and excellent quality and choice of vehicles. Their friendly attitude without the sales pitch wins hands down. They really understand how to explain matters or concerns if you are unsure about the different types of vans that you may be interested in. The test drive we took they made you feel so comfortable and the initial purchase was so easy with their guidance. I really would recommend Auto link 4 x4 to any one because they have the right balance, attitude and understanding that a person requires when purchasing a van. Bought a VW caddy from these guys, was being promoted as an excellent example of an ex British gas van. The mileage on the listing was wrong, it had done more than the advertisement had said. The vehicle has not even done 3000 since I've owned it, and has broken down twice, both times needing recovery. It's cost me already in repairs. Almost £2000 I would not recommend this place to buy a vehicle, my vehicle is not reliable. It has had loads of dents pulled out poorly. Not a happy customer. AVOID!!!!!
