Went to Lancaster Land Rover not knowing what to expect given some of the negative reviews. However I must say that their service is truly 5 star deserving. We were served by Danny and Phil. They were upfront, very helpful and made our decision to trade in our old car for a LR really easy. What I was most impressed with was the way they dealt with my family and ensured the kids were kept entertained whilst we discussed the sale. Phil particularly should be called out for his great customer service skills and for looking after us - right down to ensuring the app for the car was set up correctly. Provided the car is reliable, I can’t see why I would go anywhere else for a Land Rover. Audi dealerships could learn a thing or two from these guys. Thank you once again.

Really helpful and great stock on site. Jake was also a brilliant salesman. Great product knowledge and other than the odd delay on an email he was superb. Thanks also for the bear!

The staff were extremely helpful and very informative. I was kept advised of what was happening and the car was swiftly repaired and returned. Polite helpful treatment following very very poor and nightmare experience with Harwoods at Edenbridge and Lewes

All staff were very helpful and polite, ranging from the secretary’s up to the managers. Our salesman (Les) was brilliant and made buying our new car simple and stress free, thank you.

Satisfactorily and exceptional service. A friendly and welcoming establishment with good professional sales rep. Ross is an aspiring and well-mannered sales rep. An Highly recommended RR dealership.
