I visited American Golf in Milton Keynes to enquire about potentially purchasing a range finder. With this being a fairly big purchase in golf, I was looking for detailed and accurate information. Which I definitely got! Kyle, the young lad working in the store approached me and was extremely knowledgeable about the product. I ended up opting to buy the Bushnell Tour V5 which wasn’t in stock in store at the time of my visit. However, Kyle was extremely helpful and checked the availability of other stores and was able to order one for me. It arrived at the end of the same week and he put it aside for me. The customer service offered was exceptional and I felt in no way pressured to make the purchase. Well done Kyle and the team!!
Very impressed. Went in to buy a 3 Wood, the shop assistant can't recall his name! Let me try out a varied selection and gave good, honest advice rather than trying to push me towards the most expensive one!
Attended the store to have a custom fit. The guys were really professional offering different shafts and club alternatives based on the data collected. Didn't have enough time to go through any driver options so I will definitely go back have this done. All in all the service received was impeccable. I love the look and feel of the new store and the options available. Great job guys, keep up the good work!!!
Ordered a new set of iron's at AG Milton Keynes. Once I'd paid the deposit the service was atrocious. A long line of false promises and failure to return calls after my clubs had been lost at their distribution centre. Even when I eventually collected my clubs they said that I would get a call to discuss the problems with the service I received. Still waiting though.
Ordered a full custom set of Ping clubs from American Golf and probably should have known better. Needed to ring Ping myself regarding a five wood that was missing from the set after waiting more than four months. Simon from Ping was brilliant and called me back explaining he had arranged for it to be delivered to the store. I then emailed American Golf and informed them of the delivery. They could not even be bothered to let me know when the club had arrived. I will be using a local PGA Professional for my next purchase.
Always enjoy my visits to American golf in Milton Keynes. Good product selection, staff available for advice. Top and well known brands on offer.
A lovely shop with a nice layout. However the clothes selection is very poor. No normal sizes remaining and over priced compared to online. As with all American discount shops I have been too this is the place for clubs but not clothing. Clothing is also displayed poorly, hard to find sizes and looked a bit of a jumble sale. No shop assistant approached me to help.
