Where are the staff? I was looking for a sewing machine. After lots of research I was going to buy from here as they offered a lesson with the machine. I went three times during the month of October, and could not find any staff to help me. There is no store map from what I could see, and when I did find the machines they were tucked away in the corner. Two of the staff I did find were clueless when it came to basic knowledge ( I knew more, and I thought I was clueless), and there were never any staff on the top floor. Due to this, I purchased from Amazon, and I am learning what I can from YouTube instead. It's a shame, you want to support retail locally, but with this experience, you end up exasperated and go elsewhere.

Awful awful awful service. “Within 2 working days” stated on their website, took over a week to be delivered to the store. Tried emailing customer services who seemed to have just ignored my email. Was an absolute shambles at the tills when I was eventually able to collect my order (Milton Keynes store). No one knew anything about my order and left we waiting for a long long, very long time before digging everything out. I feel 1 star is being generous but google won’t allow me to give 0, properly terrible shop.

Did not have a variety of stamps and dies for scrapbooking. But good to go and get basics for crafting.

Disappointing. .. had a shopping list. 4 items not available quite a lot of empty spaces that needed replenishing in the art dept. However I enjoyed looking round. Spent too much.
