Trek MK was a refreshing experience because the customer service, hospitality, politeness and smoothness of the whole process buying my son’s first proper bike, then also sold me one which I didn’t hesitate to because of the help of Suresh. Seems like people have lost the art of customer service nowadays but this shop has it. Thanks to Suresh who kindly greeted us as soon as we walked in, offering a refreshment then to having a good conversation on which bike to purchase, appreciated the outstanding help he gave to me and my wife and personal touch with advice which made our experience a brilliant one. Suresh managed to get the bike built same day thanks to his colleague Sean in the workshop who kindly got it ready within an hour. Thanks to them my son was riding his new Wahoo the same day. Finally I would like to thank David for his help also great customer service and polite when I picked up my bike when it was ready. Thanks guys keep it up because people buy people customer service goes a long way you have a committed customer now.

Great service -Professional, knowledgeable and understanding from Chris, Dawid, Suresh and the Workshop Team.nMy cycle had a warranty issue and it was dealt with promptly and professionally both by the shop’s team and by Kyle and Malcolm in the warranty dept.nAdditionally, with the parking at the shop now  controlled, it is so much easier to actually get to the shop helpful when you live driving distance away from the shop.nThank you.

I had my Trek Madone road bike serviced at the Trek MK store. Bike is running very well. Pleased with the work and the service provided from store staff. Happy to recommend. Well done

I purchased an MTB from the guys at the MK Trek store and they were very helpful and the guidance was valuable.  After a few rides, I wanted a few some minor adjustments so I returned to the shop. The team talked my thoughts through with me and we agreed on the adjustments which they made on the spot.nThe sales team and the chief technician were great and I was very satisfied and happy with their service

Walked into Trek Bicycle Store today with a small problem — the screw on my Brompton rear rack had gone missing. Didn’t even have an appointment, just tried my luck.nThe staff there were incredibly kind and helpful. They fixed it on the spot and didn’t charge me anything. Truly went above and beyond.nReally appreciate the great service — made my day. Highly recommend this store if you’re ever in need of help
