Visited Decathlon for the first time ever on 21/11/2022, and I was completely blown away by the amazing customer service especially with Marc, who went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed being an adult beginner cyclist. Also, he gave me some valuable biking tips and lesson in store on this day! I’m truly grateful for this. Marc is a great asset to this store!
Visited Decathlon MK today looking for a bike for my daughter. We had visited other various bike stores and received little or no service but the service we received today from Decathlon was fantastic. Danny on the bike section was brilliant at finding what we were looking, seeking out the information we wanted and making sure my daughter knew how the bike worked. He talked her through all the aspects of the bike and she felt very confident. He also helped my younger daughter with a scooter she was looking for. Amazing service!! I then went downstairs to look for a pair of leggings and a sales assistant called Josh asked if I needed help. He knew the product straight away, took me to it and ordered what I wanted as it was out of stock in store. Amazing shopping experience all round. Thank you to both members of the store, what an asset they are!
Very good store. Outdoor clothing are good quality and didn't cost the earth. The staff Anna was fantastic and friendly. Helped me choose the right size BTW I think I am in love with her - what a gorgeous woman - hope to get the number next time and will definitely be using this store over and over again:
Friendly staff and great customer service. Had to return an item that I received which was ordered online, the staff happily accepted it and refunded my money back to my card, very easy and simple process. Loads of options to choose from. Skiing equipment and outdoor items are really good with descent prices here.
Went last weekend with hubby to find a pair of hiking boots and a jacket as the Decathlon ones are great for everyday as well especially for cold and wet weather. Wasn't 100% sure of the waterproof level on some of the products so asked a member of staff. Anna was very polite and helpful providing all the information we needed and even showing us further options on the website in case we wanted a different colour. Thank you, Anna! You made our day <3
Yesterday I bought a wetsuit from the M.K. Store, Josh, the store assistant couldn’t be more helpful despite my trying on several wetsuits, very friendly and knowledgeable- an asset to the store. I did find the automated tills and the fact that you can’t pay in cash disappointing though, it’s a cold, clinical way to end what was up to then an enjoyable shopping experience.
Shop was good it had what we wanted. But refused cash not happy with this as daughter only had her birthday money with her. So couldn't pay for her shopping. Avoid if you think it's not ok to refuse legal tender
What an exceptional customer service I received from Dorel. A terrific and obvious passionate for his job! I will make sure to come back to him next time I need anything with my bike!
I called the MK store. Connor answered and was incredibly helpful, polite and friendly whilst also being clear, concise and well informed. Connor went above and beyond regarding my cycle-related queries to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
They refuse to take cash which is absolutely absurd but hey maybe they’re a step ahead of everyone if a cashless society is ever going to happen. Their goods are actually pretty good for the price. Doasn’t seem to be much staff in the store.
