The worst customer service. I went to buy a bicycle and they made me wait (more than 30 minutes) later they confused me with unclear answers and to ask another question wait half an hour. This was monday 2 of April. I speend more than 1 hore for nothing. Probabily I going to came back becouse I don't have any option in Milton keynes. Anyway I got the right recommendations,

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING! For one, they lie to customers to get money out of them and get them off their backs. They are incompetent and need to be retrained on maintainance of bicycles. I've had a bike from here recently and it's done nothing but failed, and charging my almost £200 for it to go wrong again! I dealt with ASHLEY and his attitude was disgusting, should get the boot! I really do not agree with these people who are supposed to be building and 'fixing' people's bikes. WORST BIKE SHOP AROUND!

They were really great, helping me with a dodgy radio! Didn't charge me to remove it, saw me really quickly - which was really appreciated as I was freaking out about a burning smell! Really pleasant, efficient service from Ashley I think!
