I am shopping here every day, they keep putting prices up. The food option is limited in Wood Green branch. However, staff is amazing in this branch. Very friendly and helpful.
Saturday shopping experience was a nightmare. New layout, everyone lost and confused. Huge queues at check out and to top everything out of only 4 cash self check out 2 were out of order.nIn case you do not know people still use cash, only 4 tills is ridiculous.
Their products are cheaper than its competitors in the area while maintaining top quality products.nnThey also have a lot of self-checkout terminals that were installed recently. There are constantly personnel who provide prompt assistance during checkout.nnThere are also a few tellers who check out buyers when there is high traffic at the place.
A very popular low cost grocery shopping experience in the heart of Wood Green. If you are challenged physically you will need to get someone to pick up your groceries. Other non food items such as clothing or electrical appliances are as low as 50% of other well known retailers.
Terrible customer service, especially a shop assistant, Surj was arrogant and rude,and took priority on customers with card payments and made others to wait. If you can't handle stress, do not work in hospitality! Your customers deserve respect as they leave a lots of money at your workplace, do not forget, Mr Surj!
