Far far better than before. Love this refurbishment. Large space with all the facilitates, big lifts, more escalators but wish they have good services as well without delaying

Thanks to the refurbishment, the station is so much better than before. The new design maximizes the space with more platforms, bigger lifts fewer bottlenecks. Downside is that trains are still prone to delays as usual and the platforms could do with some waiting rooms.

The station is far better than what it used to be. So much easier to navigate. Regular trains run to most destinations. My only complaint is they have been too liberal with their use of grey. While it is clean it's feels bland to look at.

Walk from London Bridge to Tower bridge experienced a good view of Tower Fort and Tower Fort London. Evening walk just after sun set is more attractive than day time.

Nice, modern, clean station just let down by a lack of seating (being disabled I think that is quite scandalous) and some Neanderthal staff who would rather stand and chat then help anyone. Should they improve these things then they would get all 5 stars. However, back to reality, I know this will not happen !! One can dream.....😴
