Vastly improved and fully upgraded some years ago, this station is more like an International Airport. Wide open spaces, plenty of retail stores, clear signs and helpful staff.
This was a fantastic station for both arrival and departure, with lengthy platforms for the trains! The station has a modern design and large departure boards that are kept up to date, platforms signs are well kept too. Very large and easy to navigate around, cleanliness was maintained!
I love this Bridge, I cycle to it, walk across and pray on this Bridge. You can see Tower Bridge from it and watch the Boat cruises below. There is also cycle lanes on the Bridge for safe cycling and a tube station on either end of the Bridge.

This station is really nice its always clean and has up to 15 platforms with southern Southeastern and Thameslink services. All the platforms are very long so lots of room for passengers. The escalators are also very long when going up and down on them. There are a number of entrances and exits at this station along with a lot of ticket barriers. Sadly the staff at this station are very rude and can be lazy and unhelpful and seem to have a attitude problem with passengers. I have experience bad customers service from a member of staff on the ticket barriers.
