A lot of connections to other main stations and destinations makes this station great choice to travel from. Beautiful architecture is catching everyone’s eyes. Its a spacious station holding a big crowd.nThere,s information centre as well as staff are ready to help and i got them friendly and helpful. Toilets available for public. Plenty of platforms and trains so don’t confuse and ask for help. A lot of eateries and drink places at station. Even location of this station is very ideal middle of city centre.

This train station offers National Rail overground and underground trains. The station concourse has lots of food outlets.nnThis is not a massive train station, especially compared to some of the train stations in London, but it's pretty big. However, it's probably too small for the number of people passing through it.nnThere are plenty of large screens displaying departures and arrivals, as well as some seating areas.nnThere is a small helpdesk, but when I asked a simple question, the staff member was incredibly rude and condescending, which was totally uncalled for. I was really polite as well, so not sure why such behaviour was necessary .nnApart from that, it's a useful station to get to a lot of different places in London and beyond.
This was a brilliant station for both arrival and departure, with a solid curved structure! The signs are very well kept and platforms are long for the Tube services, departure boards are up to date and cleanliness was enforced.
