It was an enjoyable stay.nThe charming staff at the front desk make you feel welcome and well cared for.nRooms are nice with very comfortable beds, if you prefer them more on the firm side.nIt was my husband's birthday so we really appreciate for the team going above and beyond to make his stay extra special.nThe only downside was paying the service charge when buying a bottle of juice and a box of fruit at the counter. Strange policy cause there was almost zero service done except scanning the products.nnOtherwise, we liked it very much!
I was very satisfied with our three nights stay. The staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel, including the restaurant, which had a “from California to Canary Wharf” vibe as seen on that sign in their restaurant, pictured.nnThe breakfast was also excellent with wide variety and nutritious food options. My only complaint is that they can probably use a better olive oil Extra-virgin For the salad But that’s a minor issue compared to all the options.nnThe flush in the bathroom also had a slight technical issue, but it was an easy fix for me.
We stayed here for two nights during our trip to London and had a great experience. The rooms were small, as is typical for many London hotels, but they were very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were always pleasant and polite, and the hotel’s location is excellent. Our room had a lovely view, and we would definitely stay here again on a future trip.
Stayed here for 10 days and it was excellent! Location is good because the tube was just 5 minutes away with lines to famous attractions. Staff from the maid to the receptionists were always smiling and so kind! Felt safe here travelling solo as the lift could only be accessed by key. The area is also well-lit so never felt scared going back , even late into the night! Would definitely stay here again
My daughter and I stayed night at Tribe to go and see The Hunger Games on stage. As the Troubadour theatre is next door to the hotel, it was the perfect location.nnOur room was great. Compact but all good for what we needed. Very comfy bed so we got a good night's sleep.nnThe staff were all lovely and helpful when asking about transport into central London during the day. The entrance area was calm and welcoming- loved the Christmas tree!nnOverall, we enjoyed our stay.
