My mother and I stayed in the Curve Suite, and the experience was exceptional. The service and facilities in the room were incredible, everything was spotlessly clean, and any issues or needs were addressed within minutes. The room itself was spacious with stunning views, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable.nnThe Executive Lounge was also outstanding, offering breathtaking views and a fantastic selection of snacks and drinks, which were constantly replenished by the attentive staff. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be that the lounge could be a bit larger to accommodate everyone more comfortably, as there was occasionally a slight wait during peak hours to find a seat. However, this minor detail did not detract from the overall exceptional experience.nnI would especially highlight the service at the Buffet and the Front Desk; both were highly responsive, attentive, and hospitable. A special thanks to Fanny, the Assistant Front Office Manager, for making our celebration so special and enjoyable with her outstanding support and care.
I had the pleasure of staying recently at your wonderful establishment and felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and offered a stunning view that made morning a joy to wake up to. The staff's dedication to exceptional service did not go unnoticed. Whether it was the helpful concierge who provided excellent recommendations or the housekeeping staff who maintained a pristine environment, every interaction was marked by genuine care and attentiveness. Breakfast was a culinary delight and great to interact with Chef Sanjay and great experience at Executive lounge. Overall, my stay at Marriott Canary Wharf was nothing short of spectacular.nnI will undoubtedly recommend your hotel to friends and family and look forward to returning in the near future. Thank you once again for an extraordinary experience.
We had such an outstanding experience here. The rooms were great, and the restaurant was top-tier. Elvis and Aaron from the concierge made it a world class experience. They provided so much coordination and recommendations for transport, sightseeing, and cuisine that made our London holiday spectacular.
Our 6 boxes that we left in the room were forcefully unlocked/opened when we went to town. 1 of the boxes’ locks couldn’t be fixed. The manager had to call one of the hotel’s engineers to help with it so we could gain access to that box. On the day of the incident, they said they’d investigate and get back to us but they never did, knowing fully well that we would be checking out just a few days later.
Value for money - cannot be beat. Excellent location with minutes-away access to DLR, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines you can get anywhere from here, quickly. £ 5.60 will get you to all of the sights/sites and back again. Canary wharf is developing into its own unique place. Worth wandering and exploring. Lively restaurant scene.nFront desk team provided energetic and welcoming service. Very friendly and professional.nBreakfast is buffet “any”nEggs made to order. with a great selection, excellent quality foods. Coffee/espresso machine above average.nSpacious rooms very well appointed, same great bed and linens as always, with nice amenities.nFor those commenting on the view they received. This was a very busy industrial waterway and port. I respectfully suggest that you go outside to see the area.
