Massive thankyou to Aaron from reception/concierge..Best customer service we have ever had at a hotel. Very helpful and attentive and clearly loves his job.nThe location was great for being out of the hussle and bussle of Central london, great restaurants nearby.nRooms were good, we should've asked if there were thinner pillows as the ones in the room were very thick, other than that all good.
We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott London Canary Wharf. The hotel is located in a lovely, newly developed district with excellent access to public transport and plenty of entertainment options right in the immediate area.nnThe rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, making it an ideal place for both business and leisure stays. The executive evening reception was a real highlight — elegant, relaxing, and offering a great selection of food and drinks.nnA special thank you to Fanny Hannisch, the Front Office Manager, for her outstanding hospitality and personal touch. The entire front office team deserves praise for their warm, courteous, and highly professional demeanor. Truly an exceptional experience — We’ll definitely be returning!

He was kind and generous and graciously offered us complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay.nnA thoughtful gesture that made our anniversary even more memorable. Definitely recommend.
We are here for my husband’s birthday. His present from me is a night in the suite- very nice. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful. If you read my other reviews I hope you will see I don’t go out of my way to criticise. I want to have a nice relaxing time. circumstances seem to be making it difficult for staff to deliver the level of service one might expect. Credit card terminal at check-in not working, - executive lounge which we paid for pretty hopeless as it’s been relocated to a place where the food and drink is kind of disconnected from place where one would want to sit. Finally a mouse has just run past us - which to be fair as we are by water and it’s very cold, is something hard to avoid I think. Having said that the food and wine offer in the “pop - up”lounge is very nice so kind of relaxed now. Breakfast , choice and service also very good. Main reasons for not giving 5 stars would be pretty old fashioned technology in terms of TV with limited channels. Plugs used for hotel stuff on had to unplug things to charge phone etc where I wanted to charge them. Lifts a bit tedious. Noisy air conditioning/ heating.
We were fortunate enough to have booked the Marriot Canary Wharf for the last three nights of our UK trip five weeks ago. It is so easily accessible from the Elizabeth line, and the area is beautiful. The hotel staff went above and beyond-especially loved the gentleman working as their concierge . Our room was beautiful..a truly nice sized room. It was very clean and well decorated/appointed/priper. We had a beautiful view..The breakfast buffet was amazing! So darn good and the service was excellent. I enjoyed the gym-it’s quite busy in the morning! The location was great, my husband, who is Platinum, and I had a great time! And the executive lounge was perfect! We loved the snacks and beverages. There were staff members greeting guests in the lobby-everyone we came across was so polite, attentive and kind. Thank you, and an extra special thanks to your concierge. He suggested restaurants, sightseeing, and just was on top of everything. Our son who is at Uni came by one day and he was so lovely giving advice to him. Hoping to stay again soon!
