Stayed here with my family last week and would stay again. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming - my son received a little welcome gift and card. Room itself was clean and spacious.nnExcellent location - right next to the Tube stop with easy access to London City Airport and to central London.nnBreakfast buffet was good too
Perfect for gigs at the O2 and jolly ingredients around the canary wharf area, easy parking within walking distance.nClean and tidy, very comfy beds, it's either a new place or just been refurbished July 2024
Very pleasantly surprised at the hotel. The room was gorgeous and exceeded my expectations. The staff, on the whole, were friendly and the waiting staff were very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and totally worth the money. My husband and I both had vegan cooked breakfasts and we were stuffed!

I could see the whole of Canary Wharf a, and it was truly a sight to behold.nOverall, my stay at Premier Inn London Canary Wharf was a fantastic experience, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and scenic stay in London. Just be warned - you may never want to leave your room!
Stayed this week at Canary Wharf. Woke up in the night on weds to find a bed bug crawling across mynSheets! I kept it and gave it to reception on check out the next morning to let them know and was assured it would be dealt with, but was also asked to fill out a feedback form. All the milk in our room was also out of date by 6 weeks. Absolutely disgusting and not good enough for such a major hotel chain. Laziness from cleaning staff and poor standards. Reception staff were nice, but didn’t seem particularly shocked by the bed bug issue which I also found quite strange. Barely got an apology. I won’t be staying here again.
