One of the best premier inns we've stayed in. Busy Christmas period but all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is what you'd expect but all good quality. Coffee machine was good. Think I recognised staff member who was previously at your Greenwich branch - she is so lovely! Great to be next to DLR, and only took around 15 mins from central London. Would definitely recommend.
Located immediately outside a DLR station made this hotel ideal for my midweek stay and it offers everything you’d expect from the chain. There’s a nice spacious bar on the ground floor plus a large restaurant area on the first floor. Sleep quality was as comfortable as you’d expect and if you have a room on a higher floor there’s some impressive views over the local area. On arrival I did find quite a lot of hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom which was a shame, but otherwise the whole hotel was very clean.nnThe main issue I found during the stay though was that there just isn’t enough staff. On arrival at the restaurant you can be waiting an age to be seated, and staff share duties between the front desk and the lobby bar, meaning the bar can be unattended for long periods of time. All the staff, as busy as they are, are super friendly and helpful though.nnIf it hadn’t been for the long waits for things it would have been a perfect stay for my needs but I’ll certainly be considering it again if I need to be in the area.
Friendly staffnDirectly next to the DLRnWalking distance to Canary Wharf.nnBreakfast was a little chaotic but we picked a busy time to visit London.nnThe kids loved it.nnWe had a good view of Canary wharf and the millennium dome from our room.
I had a very wonderful stay in this hotel. The breakfast was good and we went for 3 times during the 4 nights stay. All staffs are warm and welcome.nI wish I can write the survey but I didn't receive any email, hence I come here to thank them to make us have a happy stay in London. we are 2 adults and 2 kids family.nn
Good modern and large Premier Inn with friendly staff and a decent breakfast. This is a solid 3 star hotel offering reasonable and fairly inexpensive food and drink. Loads of other restaurant and bar options 10 mins walk away in Canary Wharf. Family rooms a bit tight if there are four of you but acceptable as a base. Westferry DLR station links you direct to Bank tube and onto many other tube lines. Or follow google maps to Canary Wharf Elizabeth line stop and take that direct to Tottenham Court Road for central london shopping. The hotel is a modern tower so has good views from the higher floors.
