About

Our lovely seafront Victorian Guest House offers high quality bed and breakfast accommodation with a warm welcome and unrivalled hospitality. We are located directly on the sea front only a minute from the sea.

Story

All bedrooms are en-suite, tastefully decorated and have flat screen TV’s & DVD’s , refreshment trays etc. Most either have spectacular views across the bowling green to the sea or views of the downs to the rear (some have both!!). Karen’s renowned home cooked breakfasts are served in the lovely sunny conservatory breakfast room using the highest quality local produce. where possible All dietary requirements and food allergies are catered for with notice. Buses stop right outside going into the centre, Brighton & Hastings.

Fancy seeing a show? then we can arrange tickets from the diverse range available at the 6 theatres in Eastbourne. Anything from comedy to classical or even the latest shows from The West End.

We stay here every year , there's about 50 of us and we have an enjoyable stay I love the sea view and the rooms are warm,which you need at the end of January. Walkability: If you enjoy walking and with the beach right in front and the pier 15 mins away it is very enjoyable .
Very clean, tidy rooms, excellent breakfast full English, the owners were welcoming and had ideas to fill the day. It would of been a clear 5 all round except I couldn't keep the shower tap on. Needed tightening up. Value for money was excellent. The bed was to die for, it was, for me and this is a personal thing I know, the best nights sleep I've had in years. By the way,the hotel is 5 minutes from the beach.
I had a fantastic stay here last month. Mark and Karen were brilliant hosts, the room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was perfect to get you going for the day ahead. I’d definitely recommend staying here and looking forward to returning in the future! Rooms: Extremely cosy room, beautifully decorated! Nearby activities: Perfectly located - short walk into the town centre and to the pier, with the beach just across the road, less than a minute’s walk away. We went for a couple of days to Eastbourne and found this lovely small Bed & Breakfast directly on the seashore. Our hosts, Karen and Mark where wonderful. The room Quarterdeck was cutely decorated, clean and quiet. Every day we had the choice, what to eat on breakfast the next morning. The breakfast itself was always tasty and we had much variation. In short: it was a wonderful and pleasant stay, which we would repeat with joy
We had an excellent stay at this very nice guest house beautifully furnished very nice Breakfast spotlessly clean handy for all amenities and most of all a very accomodating friendly couple ln Karen and Mark where nothing was to mutch trouble a faultless mini break. Thank you will definitely stay again. Rob & Christine.
The rooms in this hotel are so beautifully themed and decorated, each one different. Ours was at the top, with a sea view. Plenty of room, with everything you could need. A fridge just outside with an honesty box and extra confectionery. Shower room, small but easily manageable. Breakfasts were very good in a bright and airy room, looking onto a small garden area. The hotel has no onsite parking but there are spaces available in nearby streets. We were very well looked after.
What a great B&B. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there on Monday night. I felt like at home in my delightful and super clean room. The hosts were very nice and helpful with any requests. Every room is individually decorated to a high standard and they look lovely. I can only recommend this B&B.Rooms: 5/5
Great guest house for staying in Eastbourne. Location is great overlooking the beach. Great hosts. Rooms clean and comfortable. 5 star breakfast with lots of choices. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will returnRooms: 5/5
Karen and Mark are wonderful host. The Langtons is centrally located and it's very easy to get to other locations from Eastbourne. Breakfast each morning was lovely.Rooms: 5/5
