All in one superstore. Spacious parking available. Store was clean and staff are friendly.
Its a decent grocery store, has a wide collection of stuff, particularly good on the vegan alternatives and world foods, however it is always super busy and not very hygienic at times- i ve seen birds in the store before?
The lady working by the cash machine was very aggressive and rude to me and should never be working in the front with customers.nI felt like I was back in school and picked on by the school bully!nEtiquette involves creating a positive and respectful interaction with customers and she failed on all accounts!!!
Honestly the people that work here are so lovely. The entitled lunatics they have to deal with on a regular basis and they’re still so chill. The security guys are kinda useless but it’s Tesco who cares. I realised at the checkout I’d lost my wallet on the train and the guy checking me out was so nice about me crying in his face, thank god for Apple Pay and that nice dude. He told me not to worry and to cancel my cards as soon as I got home
Good sized shop, though does not have a full range, like other super stores. So there is No general clothing, shoes or accessories. Occasionally there is a small selection of school uniform or dress up wear e.g.for Halloween. They have a pharmacy and bakery section along with a butchers area and customer service desk. Customer also have access to toilets.nnI come in the early morning and there is no problem with parking. The store is generally not busy, which means I am in and out quickly. Overall the prices are not competitive enough for this to be my main shop but I am able to pick up a full basket of items, particularly own brand tinned goods, soft drinks, condiments and confectionery.nnI always choose self service but the tills are generally well manned and I observe at the time of day I attend this branch, that there is little queuing. Some of the self service staff need more training on how they speak to customers, which I have witnessed myself, but have not personally experienced.nnCashpoints located outside the store.
