I have been shopping in this store more than 20 years and this has been my main home store. I must not fail to say that every time I come here, I always recieve a great outstanding service. Your customer service manager Florence is one of best manager I ever met, she is so helpful polite and patience with customers and most of your staff are very helpful. I love your fruit and vegetables, very fresh and crunchy , also great promo across your store.
Commendation for Karen – @ Morrisons Stamford HillnnI’d like to leave a commendation for Karen, who is a very polite and helpful member of staff here. She serves at the drinks counter towards the back of the store.nnIt’s all too easy to comment on negative experiences, but I believe it’s just as important to speak up when you’re served by a member of staff who does a great job. Small gestures really stand out, and it’s obvious that Karen enjoys her work and takes pride in what she does.nnYou never know the effect that can have on someone’s day — it can truly make it better. It costs nothing to be kind and helpful, and it’s clear this comes naturally to her. I really wanted to highlight this experience so that her effort and attitude are properly recognized.
The place is a mess! Poor stock, horrible ingredients! Even in their premium range, it’s really sad to see and it’s not even cheap! Such a large store you’d expect a lot more from it but you’ll only be disappointed, unless you are happy eating junk food.nnPoor vegan sections and poor selection of crisps. Avoid and head into central Stoke Newington instead.
Friendly and professional staff. They offer to help without being asked. The store is well stocked, clean and tidy! Checkouts were clear and plenty staff to help.
Please do not order online from here,the stock is already empty for a huge shop, it took over 3 hours for my uber delivery to start doing the shopping and checking the items off my list. multiple drivers had to cancel because the order wasn't ready yet , huge let down for both the drivers and me.
