Today, I visited the Morrisons at Stamford Hill to purchase some groceries and, in particular, Stella beer—a favorite of both my husband and me. Despite living quite far from the store, I made the trip specifically because of an enticing promotion: two packs of 10 bottles priced at £18 and three packs of 10 bottles for just £24. At these rates, I saw it as an excellent opportunity to stock up.nRegrettably, the reality fell far short of my expectations. Over the course of 10 visits to this store, I consistently found only two packs of 10 Stella bottles available on display—every single time. I had hoped to take advantage of the three-pack offer for £24, but without fail, there was never sufficient stock to fulfill this deal. On multiple occasions, I approached staff to inquire whether additional packs could be retrieved from the stockroom, only to be met with a shake of the head and an indifferent demeanor. This left me questioning: is the three-pack Stella deal for £24 a genuine offer, or merely a marketing ploy to lure customers in?nOn a positive note, the store itself is clean, and the shelves are well-organized, with other items I needed readily available. However, the repeated failure to honor the advertised beer promotion significantly marred my experience. If Morrisons is serious about maintaining credibility with its customers, they must ensure adequate stock for their promotional offers rather than leaving shoppers like me empty-handed. I am now reconsidering whether to return in the future unless they improve the execution of their deals.
The place is a mess! Poor stock, horrible ingredients! Even in their premium range, it’s really sad to see and it’s not even cheap! Such a large store you’d expect a lot more from it but you’ll only be disappointed, unless you are happy eating junk food.nnPoor vegan sections and poor selection of crisps. Avoid and head into central Stoke Newington instead.
Absolutely disgusting. Visit today genuinely turned my stomach. How dare they think displaying meat in this filth would is acceptable. Will be contacting head office and trading standards
Normally well stocked so no issues there. Free parking. They have a regular problem with leaking fridges and only a matter of time, if not already, they will be sued for neglecting slip hazards.nI love their sea salt and peppered bloomers.
The car park ain't managed properly. Disabled bays abused by offenders. Car park full At 0900, store was empty hardly any customers.
