Love the fish counter which has a variety of items. After Tesco and Sainsbury's permanently closed their fresh meat & fish counters, this is my go to place now. Today I saw monk fish and scallops! They are not always here though, I was quite excited to see them. If you are after fresh fish/seafood, I recommend coming here in the morning or early afternoon, so that you'll be able to find more items than evenings.
A disappointing shopping experience, won't be returning to this store again, left me with a psychological shadow.nWhen I experienced an anxiety attack and wanted to leave the supermarket, a security guard's behavior made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed.nI hadn't bought anything, but the guard kept insisting that I open my bag. I told him if he needed to check anything, he could checknthe CCTV and I would cooperate. There were personal items in my bag. He kept pressuring me to open it.nEventually, I reluctantly informed the manager about the incident, but he didn't empathize with my situation and coldly replied that the guard's actions were justified.nI suggest the store improve staff training to better respect customers' privacy and personal space, or invest more in theft prevention equipment.nnA detailed email has been sent to the customer service email address, no need to reply me any PR words.

I have just completed a top-up shop at the Csnary Wharf store of Waitrose and was able to purchase the items that I wanted.nI had an issue with scanning my phone at the checkout but the Customer Service Care Representative was most helpful despite being busy with other customers.nA very pleasant shopping experience .
It’s an honest supermarket super easy. You’ll find everything online and walk-in. You will find loads of fruits, veggies but some of them have a hint of chemical tastes, anyway you need to clean it well. My all time favorite thing is the seafood shelf Lobsters, tuna all kind of fish and muscles. Love it!
