Pure greed! Lot of self-service? But few actually open. Little choice, long queues. But that Sainsbury's nowadays. I avoid it as much as I can. Actually, today, I dropped my basket and left. I'll shop somewhere else.

Visited 05/06/2024 - The lady working on the self check out area in the morning around 11:30 was genuinely an absolute delight.  She was so joyful and polite. If only more people were like her what a better world we would live in. Absolute credit and legend.

Put my goods on the wrong part of the check out. The very rude foreign staff member advised I needed to put it on the silver tray. I said why not put a sticker on it saying the bagging tray. He didn't understand me, tried again and still no response, he just again rudely said there!!! I thought I'm the customer so I took my business elsewhere!!! Sainsbury's get a grip and make sure staff can speak English  and speak English at all times in store and understand the value of customer care or you will just keep losing business.

Utterly filthy with unhelpful staff. This branch needs to be closed down and extensively cleaned. As such I have reported them to the Food Standards Agency which is now in contact with Camden Council.

Certainly not the nicest. They are very hit a miss when it comes to having the shelves stocked and unfortunately they have a problem with security with some homeless people in the area. I've been shoved before and sworn at in the shop when I didn't have any change to give happened 19/08/2024. I'm not sure why they have a security guard at the entrance.
