Amazing low prices and great quality, why would you do your weekly shop anywhere else ?nMaybe the brands aren't the same as you are used to but every new brand i have tried has been a great taste and amazing value.nMetal trolleys outside or smaller plastic wheelie baskets inside.nPlenty of self service tills so no big queues at just 2 checkouts.nVery clean and tidy store
Shocking behaviour today at 12.30 in the shop by the check out guynRepeatedly told a customer he would have slapped him if he wouldn’t have left the shopnAlso the lady at check out was very rude and shouting to the poor man.nThe gentleman barely spoke Englishnhe couldn’t really understand why he was getting kicked outnI guess the guy at check out not having a good day but this is not how customers should be treated.nShocking even the security man was surprised he had to kick the poor man out .
What a fantastic, knowledgeable, and helpful member of staff manning the vheckouts this morning. There were no queues as he was so efficient in managing us awkward customers.
Recently I visited this Walthamstow store for the first time and I just regret the fact that the self checkout is not enough to reduce the huge queues of customers, however the layout and friendliness and pleasure of help are examples for other stores.nIt's a store I'll definitely be returning to soon.
Total waste of time, spent over 30 minutes on the self payment queue only to be told when it’s my turn that I can’t use contactless because of service. I mean, why can’t you put a sign from the beginning of the queue or outside to stop people from wasting their time. The first time I’ll experience such bad customer service from Lidl.
