I had a routine blood test done by the new fabulous nurse AASHA at the Glebe Road Surgery around end July. She is a fantastic nurse, very human and caring. I am extremely pleased to have had my blood test done by her. May God the Almighty bless her.
A female receptionist with an accent, very rude, My daughter was trying to book a blood test at the surgery. The rude receptionist responded abruptly " Why are you booking your blood test at the surgery" this is such a crazy response. Please give her more customer service training.
I have been going to this surgery for many years and the staff and doctors have always been amazing. Sonia on reception is exceptional and has always gone above and beyond to help whenever I have interacted with her. They can be busy but the care I’ve received has always be fab!
What a great NHS! 3 weeks ago I got a face to face GP appointment for 2 hours after I rang. Then yesterday when I needed a follow up appointment got a telephone call from GP within 2 hours. I was then sent for an X-ray for which there was no wait and all was completed within 10 minutes of my arrival. And, this morning I have already had the All ok on X-ray results. Well done NHS!
Very worst GP I seen in the UK I have been joined many GP around the uk and not seen this kind appointed booked system anywhere trying to get baby appointment for immunisation every four weeks and not getting on time and lot's others things to say no one cares that's why's not saying anything else
Appointments are ALWAYS late. What is the point of booking an appointment at a specified time when even first thing in the morning they are late? Even blood tests are late! A blood test takes about 5mins all in so it should work like clockwork. My appointment was 15min late and there was no one before me. Also the person doing my test was completely unprepared and took another 5min to find my blood forms on the system. Feels like at surgeries generally, patients time isn’t respected. The patient has to be on time but the nhs staff will see you at their convenience.
I really like this surgery, the doctors and medical staff are very knowledgeable Nurse Lizzie is a gem, and the administration and reception team are very friendly, proactive and helpful. I appreciate the NHS is in a very difficult situation due to chronic financial and staffing difficulties because of decisions made by the government but I am very happy with this practice and recommend it

This doctors surgery used to be very good sorting appointments, and doctors were always fantastic. But now i have been spoken to very badly by one of the receptionist as i was trying to sort out my appointment for a nurse to check my diabetes bloods ect. She became very angry as i was confused with the dates and times she told me to have. She didnt even bother to ask if those times were suitable. I understand if things have changed now, but she should have explained this to me, instead of being rude! I am now considering moving to another doctors surgery.
Excellent and very caring. Booked through NHS app. Good result. Appointment again after 2 years all good - glad I am with these GPs.
