I love Scan! We've been going for years as me and my now grown-up children, are very much into computers and games consoles. We order online and pick up in-store, we're lucky as we live in Bolton so not far to drive. The prices are competitive, they always have great deals on and the service is amazing! I always feel like I'm a celebrity or something when I go, they treat you so so well (I'm not a celeb, they treat everyone the same). On the odd occasion we can't pick up our order we get it delivered, which is reliable too. I prefer going to get orders though, I love looking at everything they've got. Anyway I can't rate this place above 5 stars which is a pity as they really do deserve it ☆☆☆☆☆

I have been buying equipment from scan.co.uk for 16 years. Always fantastic service, and very helpful. One time I bought components to upgrade my PC, and couldn't get it to boot - quick trip over to the shop, and the very helpful team got me going. My old CD ROM drive had developed a fault, preventing the new motherboard from booting. I will continue to use them :)

Excellent customer service and product line. Friendly knowedgable staff always ready to help and give advice. Will not always go for the most expensive option like most shops, but will recommend the right product for you.

Awful customer service. Literally the first time I've used them, thought they'd be looking to keep a new customer happy. Failed to deliver my order after paying extra on top of an already expensive delivery charge and then would not refund me my delivery costs. Worst customer service. Stick to using Amazon who know how to keep their customers happy. Edit: item has now arrived faulty, scan are refusing to acknowledge this under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 that this is their responsibility and not the manufacturers. They are refusing to arrange a collection and putting all the cost of them sending me a faulty item onto their customer. This is illegal, do not stand for it and do not order off scam. In reply to the owners comment, I had another delivery off Amazon on the same Saturday, they have responded by refunding me straight away and being extremely helpful. Unlike your company.

Been using these guys for over 15 years. Great place to get exactly what you want at a decent price. Sales staff really know their stuff and nothing is an issue for them. I have never shopped anywhere where the staff are more knowledgeable, or helpful, than here.
