It's an M&S cafe so if you've ever been in any you know what to expect. I like the atmosphere in the morning in this one though. From looking in from outside at other times, I know it does get very busy from lunchtime onwards/at weekends. Food is tasty anyhow, drinks are good, with a good range of stuff to buy. Staff are always courteous and friendly. Lots of space since its been renovated (comfier seats too!) M&S prices of food in the supermarket section with small added charge.

Don't like the place, can never find the goods I am looking for, and if I am lucky enough to find the goods, I find them over priced. And rude and poorly trained staff that I have to deal with.
