I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The room we were given was beautiful, spacious, and had a stunning view of Oxford Street, which added a special touch to our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to enjoy. The cinnamon butter toast, in particular, was a standout! The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every morning. A special mention goes to Tringa at reception. She was very friendly and energetic, always ready to assist with a positive attitude. Her professionalism and cheerful demeanor made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the combination of a great location, excellent service, and wonderful staff makes this hotel a perfect choice. I would highly recommend it and would love to stay here again.
I have stayed at countless hotels in London over the years and this has to be in my top 3! The check-in process was efficient and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The lady who checked us in I didn't get her name was so warm and welcoming and explained what we needed to know about the hotel well. We booked a room upgrade offered via email after originally booking a standard room. The room was so spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. We stayed in room 503 and it was very generously-sized, especially for a room in Central London. The bar in the lobby area is comfortable and relaxing and has great food and drink options. We will definitely be back! So nice knowing that we have found a hotel that we will book every time we are in London. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
This hotel is perfectly located, the staff is all super friendly and efficient, we stayed for five nights and had absolutely no issues at all. The rooms were of a good size. Triinga was especially helpful and attentive with us, I would like to mention her. We will certainly return again.
The location of the hotel is excellent, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. After housekeeping has cleaned, the bathroom is not thoroughly washed, and used spoons at the bar are not replaced with clean ones. Additionally, when you request items from housekeeping, you're directed to go to the reception to retrieve them yourself. There's no luggage service, and no staff to assist with opening the door or helping with bags during check-in or check-out. Overall, service improvements are definitely needed.
Hotel a bit old, definitely needs a renovation. It was quite expensive for a stay and definitely not on par with other Radisson Blu I visited in the past. Breakfast was very basic with one item from a card and small buffet. Room was big enough, but ac was very loud and lots of noise from the street. Big truck was loading cardboards every night for about an hour making lots of noise.
Very cute hotel. The location is great, near everything and above the bon street subway entrance. The personal is very polite and the room and service are comfortable. The breakfast buffet could be better. It's OK, but basic. The hotel do not have a poster outside as "Radisson Blu". Instead it's "Bond Street Hotel". That plus the fact that the place is not well located in the map make it difficult to find. Also, there is a construction in front. Sometimes really noisy.
I had a strange experience during my stay. I encountered a problem with the elevator; the door kept trying to close and then would open again. Additionally, the elevator is quite small, accommodating a maximum of four people without luggage, so be prepared to wait your turn.Rooms: 5/5
A lovely stay, the rooms were super clean and comfy! The shampoo and conditioner and moisturiser supplied smells AMAZING! Tringa checked us in and out and she gave an excellent service, and made sure we were comfortable :Rooms: 5/5
I was welcomed by four people minding their own business, chatting with each other at the desk when i arrived. I had informed them that I needed the room to be cleaned, when I left in the morning, because I had someone else coming to stay. Not only that did not inform the cleaner, but they even told my guest that they were not informed of their arrival and the room was not clean for them because i had taken the keys with me, which wasn’t the case as if this would matter anyway. Upon trying to reach the reception over the phone to address this issue it was impossible for me to get to the customer care or to the reception and I was stuck in an infinite loop of generic customer care located elsewhere. This quality of service is unacceptable for a four star hotel in central London.
Very small rooms and way overpriced. You are paying for its proximity to high end shops, restaurants and central location. Not my personal style because I prefer more suburban locations. But if you want to be in the center of it all, I recommend it. I was not impressed with the way it was run, they made some mistakes with our reservations a couple of times. There is a cute bar that mixes terrible cocktails.
