Such a beautiful hotel in the heart of London. You can go to so many places on foot from here. The room was beautiful and very clean, the service was amazing and the staff are super friendly and forthcoming. And I can only recommend the M Club lounge downstairs, there's always snacks and drinks for you to take at any hour of the day and the breakfast buffet was super good. One of the waiters, Maxim, even took the time to talk to us for a bit. I can only highly recommend this hotel!
I stored my handbag securely inside my room inside its dust-bag. However, when I decided to wear it the next day I was shocked to discover that the Bottega Veneta handbag that’s worth £ 3,000 went missing, despite having kept it in a concealed and secure location. This incident indicates that someone had gone through my personal belongings, which is a grave violation of privacy and security. London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square has always been a trusted sanctuary for me, my family, and our close friends. Given our long-standing relationship with your esteemed establishment, these incidents are particularly disheartening and frustrating. The trust we have placed in your hotel over the years has been severely undermined. I kindly request a thorough investigation into these matters and a detailed explanation of how such breaches could occur. Additionally, I urge you to implement stricter security measures to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. The safety and privacy of your guests should always be paramount. I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the experience. The staff were not only friendly but also went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special shout-out to Ashwarya Chaudhary, who particularly stood out. Her attentiveness and eagerness to assist made my visit all the more memorable. Thank you for your exceptional service!
We can’t say enough about the fabulous service and cleanliness of this hotel. Everything from the concierge, staff, and luggage room bar was top notch. The team is very guest focused and truly are welcoming and accommodating to whatever your needs may be. This was the highlight of our trip to England. Our rooms received service twice daily and the staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, drivers, and sights to see. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience if visiting London. Thank you for making our stay fun and memorable .
Asked concierge desk about any fireworks on today in London. He was having a rant to colleague about something else before I approached and said no there was no fireworks on Sunday bonfire night weekend. Quick google search showed after there was some. He clearly couldn’t be bothered to help. Expect more from a 5 star hotel staff in Mayfair.
Enjoyed the most wonderful visit to the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. We would not have enjoyed it without the help, patience and tolerance of Manuel, the Concierge. He helped us endlessly with directions and suggestions and getting West End show tickets and suggesting the BEST fish and chips restaurant. We laughed and had so much fun with Manuel. He is PERFECT for this profession and is definitely an asset to the Marriott Family. Also, the Doorman, Dave, was wonderful. The Desk Clerk, Jerome, was great. And everyone who works there was happy, helpful, welcoming and made our stay warm and welcome and most memorable. THE ENTIRE LONDON MARRIOTT HOTEL GROSVENOR SQUARE FAMILY OF WORKERS ARE THE BEST!!! I AM SURE THEY WILL EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS, TOO!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST!!!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square for six nights, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service we received was outstanding, starting with the doorman and extending to the reception, front desk management, housekeeping, security personnel, and the incredible M Lounge staff. The entire M Lounge staff deserves a special mention for their superb service. We were particularly impressed by Mr. Maxime, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, consistently checking if we needed anything and displaying a positive attitude. Mr. Gabriel's excellent customer service also stood out, contributing to our enjoyable experience. Despite the busy breakfast times, the M Lounge staff always managed to provide superior service, making us and other guests feel valued and well-cared for. Their collective effort to keep us happy truly made a difference in our stay. I highly recommend the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square for its exceptional service and dedicated staff. It was a memorable stay, and we look forward to returning in the future. Safety: Very safe hotel.
Our recent stay was amazing - friendly staff with a special shout out to Alex who was so kind. We’ve stayed at several Marriott properties in London and this is our new home there. Walkability: Excellent location with access to Mayfair, Marylebone, Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster.
This is a nice hotel. The rooms are small even the larger ones like I had. Still small. The breakfast was limited. No omelet station. The breakfast was in the lounge in the basement. Great service. Good bed turn down. No parking so cabs and ubers. Walking distance to the tube was short and nice. Located only a few blocks from rows of resturants and souvenir shopping. Plenty to do even pubs next door.
The best Marriott property I've ever stayed at, and that is saying a lot as a Bonvoy Platinum member! The service was impeccable. Rooms were spacious and clean. The club lounge was the highlight as the offerings and service were top-notch! Thank you for providing an extraordinary experience!
